Planetary Development Lab: Includes a smaller suite of scientific labs devoted to the study of First Order planets and their development, this lab analyses sensor data and updates information on each planet.
Communications Lab: A lab that sweeps sensor data for any intelligence that could be of use, this then forwards it down into the Cryptologist/Decryptologist suite. Much like the Charger-class or Fortan-class, the Mukhtiar is able to retrieve data from a listening post or beacon. Unlike the other two classes, however; the Mukhtiar can do so with a little more discretion, making her apt to do this task along the border.
Long Range Sensor Suite: After the success of the Conyers-class, FOCIE outfitted the Mukhtiar with a long-range sensor suite comprised of eleven different sensors that enable the scientific vessel to provide the First Order with a platform for extended scientific surveys, for both planetary survey and system survey.
Multi-Direction Sensor Array - A short range array that is actually comprised of twelve different arrays, the MDSA works with the navigational computer and long range sensors to compile information and data that is then analysed by Astrometrics.
Astrometrics Laboratory - Serves as both stellar cartography and advanced astronomical measurement and calculations. Astrometrics is considered an advanced stellar cartography lab. Astrometrics boasts and integrated data processing design within its own systems allowing it to process data faster. Information from Astrometrics can be relayed to the bridge upon request.
Fitness Center - Standard fitness centre to enable First Order personnel to maintain their physical fitness.
Diplomatic Facilities - A small conference room with adjacent VIP Quarters, and small dining facility for diplomatic guests.
Traditional Sickbay - A traditional sickbay equipped with five beds maximum.
Bridge - Where the commanding officer and his/her senior officer staff monitor the ship’s vitals and lead their crew during battle.

Strengths:
[+] Targeting Systems: The Mukhtiar is outfitted with an advanced targeting system, increasing the overall accuracy of the ship’s weapons system.
Weaknesses:
[-] Slow: The Mukhtiar is not the fastest of her type, given her combat role. Due to the extra defences and armament, her speed had to be reduced so that she could perform any and all roles assigned to her.
[-] Cooldown: While the Mukhtiar will be go-to for a variety of missions, she has a few flaws one of them being her weapons. Her primary cannons require a thirty second reload time, and cannot be fired all at the same time they must maintain a fifteen-second space between firing. If they are all fired at once, the entire weapons system will ‘freeze’ or cease to function and must go through a reboot cycle which can take up to sixty seconds.
[-] One Hit Wonder: While her ion emissions are covered, the exhaust of the Mukhtiar is still vulnerable as this is where her armour is weakest. A well placed shot by a turbolaser or missile of any sort will surely spell doom for the vessel as it would cause a chain reaction which cannot be stopped.
Description: Needing more in the way of anti-starfighter, the FOCIE buckled down to create a corvette that could do exactly that. Creating the Mukhtiar-class that would assist ships such as the Dagger and Denial classes in handling small attack craft. Diversifying escorts enabled the Navy to send Daggers and Denials out to escort larger vessels while giving the Mukhtiar smaller escort and convoy duties joining vessels such as the Bolt-class on those missions. A small, fast and manoeuvrable escort with fast track mounted weaponry for her turbolasers and cannons, gives the anti-starfighter corvette an edge over her bigger sisters.
Fleet Admiral Yvarro and her team of developers knew that outside of battle the ship would have to perform multiple duties. It meant creating a vessel that could take on multiple roles including diplomatic and science. Borrowing blueprints from previous vessels. It came down to deciding what kind of missions the vessel would take on, alleviating pressure from some of the more limited vessels such as the Fortan, the Stormcloud, or the Charger. Planetary development, system survey and communications analysis were the top three roles the ship were to fill with diplomatic missions bearing the lowest priority as the Consul and Tribute-class to fill that role. It meant lowering the speed on the vessel itself, and to compenstate for that Yvarro and her staff implemented a fast-track targeting system, an advanced form of targeting to increase the ship's overall accuracy.
The Muhktiar would be new to the First Order’s PVS line of vessels is the integration of revamped older technology, such as the Hyperwave Inertial Momentum Sustainer, Anti-Ion Emissions Tracer and an Anti-Tractor Beam Shroud. The Mukhtiar would be the first in this line to have such technology aboard, FOCIE guestimates are that should the FIV Mukhtiar prove efficient with aforementioned additions then they would to refit the navy across the board. She will be the first class to roll off the line from Rakata Beta where the First Order has recently established dominion, making use of the primary industrial yard there. She'll also be developed at Ryoone, Bespin and Coveway along with a fresh set of shipyards to be built in the Bakura Sector.
