Points of Interest: Cardera Mine was once a mine used by the Mandalorians who dropped the mountain on the planet thousands of years ago. Due to the mountain being a part of an ancient Mandalorian moon, clan Cardera for which the mountain is named after, believed there to be veins of beskar just like on their other moon Concordia. However, he was mistaken and the mine has since become home to Arenzebites passing through and other unsavory characters.
Description: Mt. Cardera is an artificial mountain. Once part of a Mandalorian attack on the planet, the asteroid was thrown into the planet and destroyed most life on the planet and threw it into a permanent ice age killing most of the surviving species. Afterwards it was used as a mine and later a place of legendary place and safe haven for the Arenzebites who knew how to travers its winding tunnels. Around the mountain is a barren wasteland of ice and snow as this area was the first place to be wiped out by the impact. Other than the legend of the Seed of Cardera it is a largely uninhabited area and insignificant to most.
