Nathan Bloodscrawl, when he operated under the alias of Morris Crownwraithe in the Gulag Era, rarely wore these powerful robes in his operations, losing ownership of them as the Cult of The Brain Demon murdered all of his friends and his closest allies, however, the robes somehow survived to the present day, and are considered a powerful Relic of the Light Side, kept in secure storage after being recently discovered and delivered to the Jakku Enclave, their origins completely unknown. Nathan himself doesn't really have any interest in reclaiming them, and only the gravest of emergencies could compel him to try and reobtain them...which would require him having to explain why he needs them.
