Name: The Morpho Center for Imperial Training

Intent: Stormtrooper Commander Tmoxin Temi has renovated a long abandoned Imperial Outpost on the unclaimed planet of Lok in the Outer Rim. She will use the fortified building as a training center for the Imperial Inquisition stormtroopers. Her specific platoon, The Blood Monarchs will have exclusive use of the facilities but other Imperial military groups are also cleared to use the Morpho Center at Commander Temi’s discretion.
The Imperial Outpost was refurbished and converted into The Morpho Center for Imperial Training for two reasons:
Number one, she wanted a specific place to hold elaborate war games for her stormtroopers to enhance basic training and give new troops much needed field experience between their deployments.
Number two, she wanted a place where she could conduct secret military activities outside of prying eyes of Imperial Army Command, her General and whoever else wants to nose around in the Commander’s private business. Some of these secret activities include a bio-weapon laboratory which isn’t finished or staffed yet (dev thread to follow).

Description:
Exterior - The walls are heavily fortified and have perimeter sensors and hoverguards to detect enemies. It’s also patrolled by stormtroopers and AT-STs. There are defense turrets on each cornerstone of the surrounding walls, including some original weather-beaten DF.9s which had been there since the Yuuzhan Vong War and were repaired and refurbished.
Interior - behind the walls there is a landing pad for interstellar shuttles, a medical facility with three 2-1B surgical droids, a common area, offices and a large conference room, offices, a kitchen and cafeteria, officer’s quarters and soldier’s barracks. There is also a small cantina where alcoholic beverages are served and the troopers can relax. All in all the facility can hold up to four platoons (128 troopers and their officers). The operation of the facility is handled by droids and a couple of Imperial workers.
There is also an under-construction laboratory at the facility which can hold an additional seven scientists. In the back of the laboratory building there is a large storage facility that is large enough to hold a variety of Imperial Walkers.
Finally there is a prison for traitors, deserters, enemies or whoever else the Commander feels like throwing in the clink. The prison has ten cells and an interrogation room with the interro-droids, truth serums and other poisons and torture devices.
Future plans for the Morpho Center include installation of a new Imperial Department of Military Research to develop cutting edge military technology and weapons as well as a special “conditioning” facility for taking slaves and training them (read: brainwashing) them into joining the stormtrooper ranks.
Commander Temi holds Stormtrooper War Games at The Morpho Center. These games are mostly conducted privately for an audience of close ranking officers and Sith Lords. For these war games she specifically favors the location of the annual Lok Marathan and is herself private sponsor of the swoop bike race so she can have exclusive access to the track when the swoop bikes aren’t practicing.
UPGRADES (As of 04/30/2015)
Upgraded base to a IM-8005 shield projector garrison
- A 20 meter-tall landing pad to accommodate docking AT-ATs and two to three Lambda-class shuttles
- The main reactor for the IM-8005 is now held in an armored bunker due to the considerable power requirements of the shield generator
- There is a SLD-26 planetary shield generator which protects the Morpho Center
- Added modularity to the main garrison to include the standard eight levels including a sensor and communications tower as well as
TIE/LN starfighter hangars, control center and tractor beam
