This year has seriously flown by and 2023 is right around the corner. With the end of the year and a joyful holiday season upon us that only means one thing, it’s time for
We hope that everyone has a lot of presents waiting for them, and a wonderful Holiday Season to look forward to. We also want to say how grateful we are for all of you, the wonderful members of our community. Thank you for being here with us and writing the stories that keep us all sane and entertained while life does the crazy. We look forward to another year of writing, collaboration, and some cool new features. [Looking at you, B.A.M.F Project]
We’re also extremely grateful for the volunteers who help keep the site running. To our dedicated Staff, Codex, and Factory Judges - Thank you. We appreciate the time and effort you give to help maintain the community we all share. To allow them to take a well-deserved break and relax we will be shutting down the Codex and Factory for our yearly Moratorium.

Codex & Factory Moratorium
From 12:00 AM EST December 1st 2022 to 11:59PM EST January 8th 2023 the Codex and Factory will be closed for any new submissions.
During this time the following will be in effect:
- No new submissions will be accepted or judged, any submission that has not been approved will be held in the forums till January 9th, 2023.
- This means you will not be able to introduce any new submissions into live roleplay until the Codex and Factory open gain on January 9th, 2023.
- Submissions Modifications will also not be handled during this time.
- This does not impact the Pre-Factory/Pre-Codex. As they are no longer monitored you can still use them at your leisure.
Invasion/Annihilation Moratorium
Every year, during the holiday season, we also announce a moratorium on PvP threads till the New Year. Starting on 12AM EST on December 1st 2022 the moratorium will begin.
During this time the following will be in effect:
- During this time new Invasion/Annihilation Threads may not begin.
- Notice of intent may only be provided for Invasion/Annihilation threads starting on or after 11:59 EST 8th January 2023.
- Exception: If the factions involved AGREE to terms you may launch an Invasion/Annihilation during this time period. All the normal rules apply. If a Superweapon is required, PM the Factory Admin
