Mobile Posting: How to access Top Banner features?

Question for all you phone posters out there.

Q: How do you access the features of the desktop browser's Top Banner quickly from your phone?

IE: The Rules, Resources, Map, & Factions drop down menus. As, I switched to mobile browser theme today and could not for the life of me find how to get to that information quickly. If at all.

I go to the desktop version through the phone, which is at the bottom of the page.

I can't speak for iOS, but on Android, using the desktop option, hold your finger to the drop down menu you want to access. The phone browser will prompt you to do something, but back out of it and the drop down menu will remain down for you to choose which option you want.
