Jaster had never been so close to the Omega Boarder, it was a little odd being in a conference. Jaster rarely left his ship and when he was on a planet it was mostly to search for supply and drink. Now he was here on the planet Eisenwelt, planned negotiation for his first trade and security Contract. His main concern was the Unknown Region and to set up the new trade routes. Though this company would be needed to supply Jaster with the metal and ships he needed. So he decided to protect his investments.

Sabrina had meeting with a possible security contractor, she need to make sure her facilities did not become compromised. Especially as she expanded her company, she was planning on opening up her own mines. All this meant security, as she knew all too well people raided mines to get ore for themselves. After all she did it a few times to get ore for her armour, so she doubt some others may try and do this as well. As she entered, she gave man polite nod as a sign of respect. Then took her seat and poured herself and him a glass water, then asked him ​So what are you willing to offer me, in terms of security for each facility I make? The negotiations had to start somewhere, it was always better the other party spoke first. This way she would know his terms, before trying to negotiate her own.

This was something of an odd dilemma, well more of a weird negosiation stand point. No introductions, no exchange of flattery words, not even an offer of refreshments, just strait to business. Jaster liked this one and knew they would get along greatly. He had no upper hand here, she held the deck and knew his cards. She would be his first contract of trade and transport, all his ambitions led to this moment, and by her look, she knew it.

Jaster still couldn't let her see it though, he acted confident. All really needed this to work, then he could move on to more bigger plans. He leaned back in his seat, the scrapping of the metal of his belt and the seat made small sounds that echoed in the room. "I can offer my companies 1st Escort Group, this comproses of 4 Crusader class Corvettes, 1 Ulur'uur class Frigate, and 4 Pelta-class Transport Freighters, as for security personnel, for each mining facility and processing plant, my company is willing to weigh the option of posting 300 standing officer on each facility from out Corporate Police Force, this number can be negotiated based on the number of facility's you plan to build in the next quarter."

Jaster sat there and looked to see the women's reaction, the number of officers was meant to be low. He needed to see how desperate she needed his officer and escorts, he held 1,000 officer and 2 more escort groups in reserve to see what she truly needed.

She decide to give him the back story, Well I am currently setting up the facilities on this planet, as you can see part of planet crust has been damaged. Making mining operations easier, the facilities are still being set up. She then pinpointed on a map where she intended her ore processing plant to be, and continued to talk. This is the area, I wish you guard. This from anyone unauthorised personnel, know if you believe that is enough. Then we have deal, if you think you need more to do this, then please say so know. As it was his company reputation on the line, and her mine which he would be held responsible for.

It seemed as if she was playing him, a single facility of such magnitude would be nearly impossible to defend from outside forces with only 300 officers. Jaster would have to up the ante, but to do so would make him look like she had the upper hand in the deal and any future dealing with her company would follow the same path. He needed to like of a way to get on top of the deal and at least make it seem that they were meeting half way.

"If this will be your only facility for this quarter then Umbrella will be pleased to lend the max of our capable manpower in this sector," Jaster could possible save some credits in the run, he would have a try at his idea. "If it sits well with your company interest, Umbrella Corporate Police will be able to lend 1,000 man power to your company for up to a year, after that negotiation will need to be placed if your company need more security."

If she agreed, Jaster would only used up 9% of his officers on his first contract, a years contract at that. This could earn him a good commission till the years end.

I can agree to those terms, could you send a copy of your contract stating this to my legal team. She then rose from her chair, as the main part of contract negotiations have been concluded. She head over to her drinks cabinet, and then turned to him and asked ​Would you like a drink, and talk further whilst I show you round the main complexes? It was still being built, but he would be capable of figuring out what the main structure would look like in the end. So he could organize his people, and work out how he was going to undertake the task in hand.

Well that was a little more stressful then it needed to be, she agreed to his terms and that was great. As she offered him a drink Jaster realized he made an error. The facility could have been guarded with 500 guards and he could have saved money on their deployment.

Jaster looked at her and nodded, "A drink would be great," he stood and walked over to her, "I wouldn't mind a tour, I'll relay this information to the Chief of Police, where the Post Commander will be chosen and briefed."

She handed him a glass of corellian brandy, and then clapped her hands to summon her droid. She needed the droid to show them round the facility, as it came equipped with a heat shield to protect them from raw heat of the molten metal. This way if you would, then walked through the door. She then began a tour of what would be her new production facility, showing him what the plan was for each part of the facility. This way he could figure out what he needed, for each part of the shift. She also asked him as she showed him around, Know I do plan to build a droid facility here, for battle droids. Know obviously when I do you can use as part of the defence if needed. Though people prefer to dealt with by flesh blood security, not soulless droids. She added the last bit to reassure him, once the droid facilities had been built his contract would continue, if he did a good enough job of course.

Jaster was very interested to hear about the droids she would be working on, as Jaster was recently in the market for them. "It would be funny you mention droids Miss. Kotass, as I am in the market for security and police droids to protect my assists as well as some of my clients," Jaster knew after the years of hiring guards, many did not wish to be assigned to the Unknown Refion for their expansion and exploration. This he was looking for droids to fill their ranks and bulster their numbers as they expanded too quickly to hire new guards.

Well as I said that it is a future ambition, but when I get round to it. I would be more than happy, to produce a line of droids for you. She made sure he did realize this was not in the current pipework, but an ambition. Though it would be useful one, as it would be a way of replacing droids as they broke down in her mine. This was in no doubt would happen, but when she was unsure for time being. First job would be, to get the mine up and running and secure.
​Know you seen the facility in it's infancy, is anything else you need to see? She asked him before, she head back to emily play room. She loved spending time with her daughter, and no one was ever going to harm her.

Jaster did realize that this was a future endeavor as he was in no rush to find these droids. He still need to secure money and funds to explore the unknown. So he would place this order of droids on the back burner.

"I will of course need a list of your employees along with equipment and supplys," Jaster looked around at the facility, "but this can be discussed with when we find a post commander, until then just know that is what he will require to do his job."

Jaster did like having this area under his portfolio, it would be an interesting investment. So close to the unknown region and with steady supply of metals and possible ships, it was yet another perfect staging ground for their exploration supply line. Though he was getting ahead of himself and would continue to be escorted by Miss. Kotass.

There is none really yet, was her reply to employ question. She was still in the process of beginning of moving her company from essisson, to this planet. She wanted to work from own sector of space. This way she secure more things, and increase the wealth of vitae alliance. This was better than lining the pockets of that racist planet, who never liked her anyway. She then handed him datapad of the people she had hired already, so he could make appropriate security protocols. She could think of much else for her to discuss with the man know, he would secure the area for mine to be built, and secure it once it had been. Jaster continued to walk with her, then he was handed the data pad. It seemed quite lite of employees, but as long as they would be given security badges, this was no problem for his officers. "I believe this will be just great ma'am, I will get this to my security command," Jaster got a radio call, it was from the board members and their confirmation of the contract, "it would seem that the contract will be sent shortly, and I believe that is all the questions I have."

Jaster bowed and continded to the office with Miss. Kotass, this was a wonderful meeting.
