Intent: To recreate the Millicreep droid for modern mass production
Development Thread:
Manufacturer: Wyrding Yards
Model: Millicreep-Type
Affiliation: Open Market
Modularity: None
Production: Mass Produced
Material: Plasteel Durasteel
Classification: Fourth Degree,
Weight: .5 Kilogram
Length (Passive) .2 meters (Active) .45 meters
Movement: 6 mechanoid legs
Armaments:
3 Electro-Charged whips
6 Vibroclawed legs
Misc. Equipment:
None
Description: Standing a fraction of a meter from the ground, this tiny technological terror skitters across the battlefield, whipping victims with its electric tendrils. Capable of delivering a devastating shock to even armored opponents, these droids are normally carried by individual troopers. Generally deployed during ambush or trench warfare situations, these droids can give a lone soldier an upper hand. Though its most useful attribute is its portability, when in its passive mode, the millicreep's legs and tails retract into its short, club-shaped body. When engaged in combat the millicreep is almost like a predatory roach. Its agile movements compensate for its lack of armor and can often cause a group of enemies to react like a housewife to a mouse. The millicreep leaps and skitters from victim to victim, stabbing with legs resembling small scythes and delivering lethal electric shocks with its whiplike tails.
