They had managed to repel the invaders.

As if the evening sky had been holding its breath as well during the invasion, it started to rain. It didn't stop as they all rallied, tending to wounded and finally sending off the supply ships toward Hapes. There was no telling how long the Mandalorians would stay away. They're likely to regroup quickly.

Zhea was sitting on one of the empty crates while Markram patched up her injuries while Hobbs was standing infront of her, hands on his hips.
"Please don't send all of us off again, Ma'am." he told her, helmet under his arm as the rain plastered his black hair to his forehead.
"You were right where I needed you most, Hobbs." she told him, exhaustion clear in her voice.
"And look at all the patchwork Marky needs to do now. We came along to ensure your safety, Ma'am. The Foundation is secondary." he countered.
She skewered him with her eyes. "Am I not in command while Simon is out of commission, Captain?" she asked him.
He fidgeted. "You are, Ma'am." he said. "We would just like to keep you alive."
Zhea's look softened. "Thank you, Hobbs. But it really did mean more to me that you kept the ship and people safe." she said, then winced as Markram got to work on the deep gash on her bicep.

Just then she felt it approaching - a presence she didn't think she'd feel for a long time still. Her entire body stiffened as her face blanched, which had both disguised troopers look at her questioningly. But her eyes were already searching the entryway into the staging area next to the private spaceport. On one hand, she was happy he was awake. On the other, however...she didn't know what to expect.

She was millions of leagues aways from Teth after all.

And the rain continued to pour down.

Nothing existed. Not even a void of pitch black. But unlike many typical comas there was one thing deep in the recess of his subconscious he held onto and gave him comfort; hope even.

Zhea.

A hand grasped at the sheets of his bed, and his breathing exponentially increased. Feet were twitching and his eyes fought to unveil against their eyelids. They couldn’t be shut forever as he blinked, cringing from the mild light illuminating his ward. He glanced his surroundings and his findings made him confused and then anxious.

Why?

Why was he here? What was the meaning of this? He hardly had any recollection of what previously happened only remembering he was with Zhea.

I have to get out of here.

Hurriedly he scoot over to the edge of the bed, swinging his legs over with his feet touching the ground…only to fall down when making an attempt to stand up. Nearby personnel learned of Simon’s awakening, rushing to his dorm to offer aid. It was not well received from Simon’s part as he felt like he was being attacked, fighting against them trying to heave him back to his bed. He felt very much afraid although they were subjects of his. His strength abandoned him; subconsciously he tapped into the Force with fear and unleashed a mild Force Repulse. Bodies flew across the dorm along with damaged equipment.

Again he was on the floor, pathetically crawling to the direction of an aura that called him. A beacon. He did not know she was miles away, but she seemed relatively close to him. To know she was still here relieved him from his fear and gave him peace. It would be short lived, however, as he blacked out.

But she would know as his subconscious called for her.

"Ma'am?!"

Markram's insistent voice pulled her attention back to him.
"Are you all right, Ma'am?" he asked, worry etched on his face.
"I'm fine, sorry Dale." she apologised, calling him by his first name. But she then turned her attention to Hobbs, her face suddenly attentive. "Get me Commander Boulden immediately." she told him.
"Ma'am?"
"Simon's awake. I need to talk to Boulden right now." she insisted.
"Yes, Ma'am." Hobbs immediately snapped to, rushing to get his long range comms system

Before long, Boulden's holo-figure was in front of her.
"Ma'am!" he greeted her with a salute. "I'm glad to see you unharmed still."
"Thank you, Boulden. But there is something far more pressing." she started. "How far are you from the hospital? Simon just woke up and I fear he'll be terribly confused. You'll need to bring him up to speed about everything and quickly. We can't leave Naboo just yet - the Mandalorian attack was devastating. If he's strong enough to travel, you'll have to come here." she continued quickly. It was hard, being so far away when he finally opened his eyes. She was glad he regained consciousness, but there was no telling how that would affect her newfound purpose with the Foundation.

She needed to see him, but there was so much hurt that needed to be healed on Naboo right now.

She had to compromise somewhere.

Hours passed after his awakening when he began regain consciousness. This time, however, he was restrained to his bed by his wrist with binders. In addition, there was a staff of troopers and medics idly waiting inside his dorm. He did not panic as he gave himself more time to observe and understand whatever situation he was in. Fortunately, there was one familiar face in the room who calmed his nerves.

Boulden

Simon adjusted himself in his bed alerting the staff to rush to his bedside. First, the doctor barraged him with a series of questions while explaining what had happened. He wanted to end the conversation to direct his attention to Boulden. At his command the two were left alone with the others waiting outside.

“More than a year I’ve been in coma?” naturally in a state of disbelief, trying to recall what happened.

“Yes, my Lord. A lot has changed since then. The Dark Empire seem to weaken; the Alliance continue their expansion to the Outer Rim; and rogue organizations making their own stake in the Galaxy. Notoriously, the Mandalorians are more trendy than the false Imperials.”

He’ll have to slowly digest the rest of Intergalactic current events.

“And Zhea?” his lover was what interested him most than whatever wars or events were occurring.

“On Naboo, sir. She’s a leader of an organization she founded with different elements that align with ours as she told me. Right now, she’s giving humanitarian aid to the people of Naboo after a Mandalorian assault. She seems to be doing fine, but she’s busy with the effort.”

A lot had indeed changed save for his affections for Zhea.

“Prepare a shuttle for Naboo, Boulden. Let her know I’ll be coming…and get these damns binders off of me.”

There was no protest from the Stormtrooper, he didn’t even dare to comment on Simon’s lack of strength what bed rest stole from him. It bothered him a little to not see Zhea at the hour of his awakening, yet it wouldn’t inconvenient him to travel across the stars to see her.
