- Stealth - Susurra-weave and Umbrasilk both give the jacket some sound dampening ability and the Baffleweave can confuse mechanical sensors and camera. It's minor stealth and not on par with cloaking tech but it's design is simplistic and gives you some protection from being spotted.
- Stab Proof - It has high resistance against blade and vibro weapons.
- Toxin Resistant - Due to the Enviroweave which is also part what helps one stay protect from the elements and Durafiber stitching which is used in EVA suits it can protect covered skin from Toxins that air.
- All Temperature/Element - It protects from the natural elements like most coats and clothing do but a little better then normal. Feild tested for sub zero temaptures up to -30°F (-34°C) and up to temperatures 130°F (54°C). It is also water tested to keep covered areas dry. As well as being sand/dust resistant protecting your body from harsh windy weather.
- Heavy - Due to using Spun-plast a material used often to make boots or clothing puncture resistant against bladed and vibro weapons. On top of having several inner linings it makes the coat fairly heavy to wear.
- Light Protection: This armour does not protect against blasters, slug throwers, scatter guns, and other types similar weapons. It was only designed with close quarters combat in mind and at that only the most common types of close quarters combat as it has no protection against sabers.
- Restrictive Movement: This is a Battle coat so when zipped or buttoned up fully your leg movement is restricted and can cause problems in the fight. On top of that a Battle coat takes training to fight in ammeters often get tangled in it. Also the weight of the coat can restrict movement even further to those who are not trained to wear such weights.
- Not a Cloaking Device: Even though it has stealth elements that can foul mechanical sensors and camera and even dampen the sounds of your movement one is not invisible or light bending when wearing this jacket. A person with good eyesight will spot you easily.
It looks like a common leather duster and upon simple inspection no one would be able to tell the difference unless they tried to lift it as it is heavier then an average Leather duster. It's weight is due to it's various linings but mostly to due to the use of spun-plast in one of the linings to protect against bladed and vibro weaponry. Also upon looking on the inside of the jacket the distinct look of Baffleweave is present giving away it is designed to confuse mechanical forms of sensors. The Jacket is mostly design for stealth and if it encounters combat it is designed primarily for melee combat.
Looking similar to a leather duster it comes in a variety of colors for your choosing. It also has both a zipper and button up design. It comes in a variety of sizes and can even be fitted so it can slip over almost any kind of armor or made for any race.
