Description: Desigined by Melkor Morgoth and Ta'ek Viss. The concept is based on atomic colission. The idea is that the moving of the cell its self cause the atoms to collide in a specific way so that you have and almost unending supply of power for a personal weapon. The cell would gain power the more movement its exposed to and would store said power in a gryoscopic powerholder whiich would contain the power like a spinning bucket of water. The power could then be siphonned into a powercouplink to use to power small arms

-Unstable if exposed to outside elements as the stopping of the Gyro would result in catastrophic failure. Possibly killing the user

After reviewing this submission and consulting with various sources, I have decided that this idea is unworkable on several levels.

• Firstly, this is not the way atomic collisions work; in order to generate power radioactive materials or a particle accelerator must be used. This device is simply incapable of producing such power.
• Secondly, no attempt was made to either provide details on how this device is constructed (through a dev thread or otherwise), nor the potential power generated.
• Thirdly, canon power cells generate extremely large amounts of power for long periods without the downside of potentially exploding. This simple drawback makes this device quite useless.
• Fourth, we tend to not look favorably on devices which create unlimited energy due to the inherent danger of abuse.

With this in mind, I am denying this submission. If you feel this is in error, please submit your reasoning to the 'Second Chance' thread. However, I will say that without a complete 'back to basics' rewrite this has little chance of approval.
