As part of a effort by House Corek to developed normal relations with members of the Mandalorian Protectors it was decided that they would take commissions to create custom weapons for certain members of the Protectors and these weapons would be created by none other than Noah Corek. The first person that they would create a weapon for would be the first Protector Noah happened the meet, Mia Monroe.
Upon asking Mia what type of weapon she would want she responded with a double barrel lever-action shotgun and so Noah began work on making one. With the basic design already chosen he now just had to figure out how to make it work and the idea was honestly simple, he simply just made two lever-action shotguns and for the lack of better term combined them together to operate off the same trigger and cocking lever.
With the design done Noah began to move on to figuring out what materials would be used in the weapon. Beskar was the obvious choice for the majority of the weapons metallic construction including the receiver and the barrel. For the furniture i.e. the pistol grip and handguard the sturdy Veshok wood native to Mandalore was chosen. Next he made a perforated heat shield out of Tungsten so one could grab the barrel after repeated firing without burning their hands. Finally the keep weight down without sacrificing durability he constructed all of the internal mechanisms out of a Titanium-Alusteel alloy to keep weight down without sacrificing durability.
With the construction of the shotgun finished Noah began to add the finishing touches onto it in the form of some special features. First was a set of fully ambidextrous controls to make it easy to fire and operate with either hand. An enlarged lever loop makes it possible to flip cock the shotgun, though an untrained user will still injure themselves doing this. A binary trigger make it so the shotgun will fire once when the trigger is pulled and then again when the trigger is fully released.
Checkering on the pistol grip and handguard gives the shooter an easier time gripping the shotgun when firing. A heatshield mounted on the barrel allows the user to grip the barrel after repeated firing without burning their hand. A rudimentary red dot sight givers the shooter a general aiming point. A set of backup ironsights work just like the red dot incase it is damaged. Lastly he reinforced the pistol grip so if one needed to the could flip the shotgun around and use it as a bludgeon.
