STRENGTHS
  • Get out of my way: The MH-104 Nonlinear Assault Cannon's laser is roughly based on the turbo lasers equipped to the Imperials battleships and can punch through almost any target as well as anything that stands in its way to the target. The extreme heat of the laser can easily burn through flesh and most protective personnel armor and some lightly armored vehicles before it explodes onto it's intended target. Even though it is based off Turbo Laser's it cannot hope to puncture all but the most lightly armored spacecraft.
  • He can't hit me from there...can he?: Because the MH-104 is based on Turbo Lasers, it's rounds can travel a ridiculously far distance before it finally dissipates and because it is a laser it's payload is not lessened by distance making it extremely useful in taking out artillery placements, Walkers and Aerial craft alike. Also, because of the targeting suite built into the Assault Cannon, it can easily identify and lock on to targets from across the battlefield.
  • Adjustable Output: The MH-104 Nonlinear Assault Cannon power output can be adjusted to three different levels of damage.
    • Low Output: The shots increase to 10 and can destroy medium to light armored vehicles or a few infantry, not as much penetration, slight explosion upon impact
    • Normal Output: Has five shot. Can penetrate most Armored vehicles in one shot and penetrate through multiple lighter armored targets, moderate explosion upon impact
    • Extreme Output: Only two shots, must allow a three minute cool down. Can punch clean through all but the most extremely armored targets and can penetrate through multiple medium armored targets, large explosion upon impact
WEAKNESSES
  • Hold up: The MH-104 Nonlinear Assault Cannon requires rather large power cells to operate making carrying extra ammo rather cumbersome. It also makes reloading the weapon a trip and a half. While it can be plugged into a power source for constant fire, reloading the Assault Cannon takes a few minutes to hook and unhook the power cell from it's armored cage making reloading in the battle field a rather difficult task
  • Charge time: Even though the MH-104 charge time varies depending on the power output. On the normal setting, the Assault Cannon's charge time takes Three seconds, while on Low it takes Two seconds. Unfortunately for the extreme output, the charge up time for gathering that much energy is about 10 seconds.
  • "He's just husky": Even though the MH-104 is portable, it still is quite heavy and carrying it long distances or running in combat can prove difficult if they are not strong, even some of the most well trained soldiers can have difficulties holding onto this weapon throughout a battle
DESCRIPTION
Some might call the MH-104 Nonlinear Assault Cannon and insane idea. The Murderhawke calls it just another tuesday. Having been inspired by the Turbo lasers on most star ships, Leon wanted to make a portable, ground based version of the Orbital combat staple. The Culmination was a large weapon capable of punching a hole in practically anything it's pointed at. Equipped with several different outputs that can adjust the weapon from a devastating anti-armor weapon to slightly more anti-personnel weapon meant to take out heavily armored infantry targets. With the good comes the bad though, with few shots and a large power source this weapon will become nothing more than a very heavy hammer if it runs out of power in the middle of heavy combat. Regardless of situation, one should be ready to run in fear if they ever hear this weapon charging up

Heya!

Your Primary Source field is currently empty. If there are no primary sources you wish to link simply put an "N/A" into the field so as to not leave it blank.

Under the Technical Specifications, your Rate of Fire, Stopping Power, and Recoil all list multiple ratings in each category, based on the different firing modes I'd imagine. Could you add in which of the ratings corresponds to which firing mode explicitly for clarity?

Additionally, your Rate of Fire only lists two different ratings despite the cannon's three separate modes, is this intentional?

The Ammunition Capacity only has a single rating too, despite listing three different amounts. Could you expand on this by stating a rating that goes along with each ammo amount that corresponds to a different firing mode?
