Quoron Mantis came to mirdirmorut and Rex to design some droids that would be able to protect mand'alor as well as other high ranking mandalorian officials. These droids were unfortunately finished after the event where mand'alor was stolen from them. Although Rex is positive that they will be able to stop anyone else from taking her. He purchased the guns (X) from mandal arms. He then also gave them Virboswords and his new vibro brace.
DION Fibre makes the droid resistant to Ion and EMP damage. The Droid brain from Mirdirmorut allows it to come up with some quick tactic changes, especially useful when enemies try to attack mand'alor. The droids are shield to make it even more difficult to damage. It has sensors and scanners which allows them to scan people for any potential dangers to the protected person.
The droids have trouble with extreme heat and cold. During the process of making the droid and mixing the mandalorian steel with the DION Fibre it somehow made them more susceptible to extreme heat or extreme cold. The Size of the droid means it cannot get into tight spaces. This is especially not useful if they are protecting someone who can or a young child.
