Nope. FJs are community volunteers who have moderation rights in the Factory, judging submissions and stuff. Staff have moderation powers in the whole board and do some more which I don't know too much about. I believe they have their own chat and they discuss changes and whatever else, but I can't be too sure.

I believe this discussion shouldn't be continued, though. If you want more information you may PM my main account. Let's keep this thread staff-free.

We're not. The latest Staff Critique thread has made it clear.
