Description: As the pilot for Tractatus's neural implant program, the cybernetics company has made sure that the implant can be modified with future implants. It is the base on which all future Tractatus neural implants will be based. The Memoria, like all Tractatus products, focuses on being as subtle as possible. The surgery will plant the Memoria in the base of the skull, it's system granted direct access to the user's brain functions. Using a knowledge cartridge and other electrical components, it eases stress on the brain by offering more storage capacity and processing power. Essentially, it improves memory and thought processing by 1.5x. The implant comes in the user's skin color, but can be changed to the color of their choice.
However, when the Memoria is hit by EMP or ion, it will completely shut down, as it has no defenses against such an attack. When this happens, the user will go into shock because of the lack of input in their brain, and is at serious risk of brain damage or coma.
