DESCRIPTION

This little thing is the first saber Martin ever created, and it has been with him since the beginning. Created shortly after reaching a capable age and proficiency in the force, the design of the saber has changed significantly over the course of his life for various reasons. As he matured further, he realized his favoritism of forms II and III, then he altered it accordingly. It's gone through other changes, repairs, and the like.

As Martin started teaching students on his travels, he realized quickly how hard it was to do so when said students had no saber. Thus he made the biggest and most noticeable change to saber has ever had. To quote Martin himself, "It is the student's to wield until they wield one of their own."

That simple statement, as little as it seems, is the entire life of this lightsaber. In many ways, it is a teacher, as its master. If you're willing and strong with the force, you can feel the hundreds of hands that have touched the thing and how few have ever passed the test.
