The real thing that was coming, all of the work the jedi master had been doing was going towards things here and in the dry dock there was the massive ship. All of it was made like a needle to go into the galaxy. She was working over some of the other things there and thanks to Quiet she could work on the AI to better understand and provide the ship with its main systems and features. She had been working with and using the systems through Phenex and the deal with Damorian for parts she was able to get plenty of the things for the ship. All was finally coming into place and she could work with that while going forward with a few of the things while she brought up the display of Quiet. The AI was there to show them the ship and look on from her chamber on the ship.

Description:
Constructed as a massive exploration ship by Sasori. The Outrigger class is something special, it has the guns to fight in battles and heavy shields but it is not made for that. Having a massive solar energy collector and converter that is designed to charge its power cells. Weapons being automated by the advanced AI that operates the systems to sustain itself and its crew. The hangers are converted to provide more modules and sections to grow food through cloning technology.

The project to build the ship became something larger in the jedi masters opinion, with all of the work going into it they started working on things. THe first stage was the development of the Cartographer Seeder Ship a first flight production factory that could last for the task ahead. THe seeder ships were sent out into the galaxy and beyond the galactic disc to scout and map the locations by deploying buoy's along with the Sasori Cartagrapher probe droids that would be able to create a lattice network.

The duel core Ai's for the project were developed. For the exploration and general map databanks the Quiet Aoi was created. For the need of combat Hellcat AI codenamed the La Rasa by the Ranger's that helped develop it. As a combat AI to take over in case of attack it was built as a dream team. The hard work they had been doing to map the galaxy and information on the limitations they needed to get for the seeder ships themselves. They could work on it to allow the Saratai as the main to have far less limitations.

Additional work on it and they were constructing the harder parts of it. Thanks to Domino's advice for the ship building and floor plans. The ship was able to strip down some of the excess meat but also maximize the potential of the defense and offense potential. Thick multi layer plating for the hull to insure it very rarely will get penetrated and several systems that the seeder ships do not have.

The mission statement of the ship and AI's is to go out and explore mapping and going through many of the systems by itself and without a human crew. Though it is made for human use the large droid crew mainly keeps it running instead to gather as much information as possible while moving out to the furthest reaches of the universe. The bridge designed for a small crew to be able to operate it with the AI.

The power needs and systems of the ship were one ofthe most important parts with some of the more important things relying on some of the bigger things. Reactors within the ship to feed power but along the underside fold out solar panels and collection. With the shielding from Phenex for the Nirvana it is able to get close to the sun and gather heavy amounts of solar energy.

The ship works as a large thing, all of the things it can store energy wise is a nice thing but continuing to operate the systems on the ship is an important thing. With all of the work Sasori did to have the AI's and armaments it was not much of a wonder. Matsu would work to make sure the ship relayed the information to a good home so they could have a chance to create colonies in the expansive regions of the companion galaxies.

[Quiet]

The drones were hard at work, looking through everything they had to build up and create as the AI flickered to life on her holodisplay. Quiet had worked previously when she was in her infancy and being conceived with @Ultimatium a beast of a droid and all of his hard work had allowed the drones here to be made as it was now watching the pale blue woman look over the holo map of the ship. All of its sensors feeding in to give them proper work. All of the ones coming today who were helping them and the AI in the ship it understood were impressive so best behavior while moving around the room.

Makashi Program 137

The sound of lightsabers clashing echoed across the deck.

On the high seas of Arda, aboard a sail skiff commanded by pirates of the dark waters, the small Nautolan faced off with barnacled foes animated and brought to life by the hologram driven training program that was like a story-driven holocron. Flipping through the air, the white blade of the lightsaber Riptide flashed as he neatly parried with the landing.

Two more crashes echoed, sparks flying as the child spun away from his opponent. Lithe, dancer-like movements making his footwork seemed carefully choreographed to the symphony of swordplay.

The ship was a marvel of engineering. Of design. But what Zak liked about it most? There was plenty of stuff on the ship for him to play with!

 

[Domino]

One of the benefits of being retired is that occasionally someone would call on you to do some consulting and you naturally got to charge them out the wazoo for the privilege of your company. Which is what brought Domino out for a tour of Matsu's latest monster. It was a very fine ship, there was no denying it, or that Domino hated the thing. Over-massed, four shield systems, two sets of framing and hull armor, it was just a No, even before you got to how ugly it looked with what appeared to be a Massassi temple sticking out the back. "So really, how much will it set you back to scrap the thing and start over?" She asked the room expecting an answer from either her host or the AI on her display. "I mean, I think I see what you're going for, but you're doing it with brute force and just adding on more and more systems that do not compliment each other very well."

The drones continued to watch as the people here and Quiet flickered showing the training rooms on the ship as well as the special converters. All the work for this massive factory ship was its colonization efforts. It could transport thousands of people across the stars and make a massive effort in bringing new worlds into the light of the galaxy. The drone continued to float along while the AI was humming and observing everything from her central command of the ships bridge. It could scan the layout as the seats were new and prestine looking with the main command chair looking over everything. It could make out the consoles displaying where activity on the bridge as happening and the different power systems.

Matsu saw the movements of where Zak was and the AI was there as she turned to look at Domino and raised an eyebrow offering a look of shock but it was playful mixed with serious. She wasn't taking it as a joke or insult. She was a jedi and Domino knew how to make ships. They should listen to her and she was looking out over the ship as it was being worked on. "Well that isn't what I expected but I am all for hearing your suggestions to fix it. I want this thing to last and be around for a long time in the end." She had a small grin while looking over things and where it could deploy the automated factories to planets to construct structures and foundries for them to have on the world. "We have not finalized it and all advice for constructing it is welcomed."

Training Holosuites
Urban Dance Recreation Program 487

It was only a matter of time before Makashi had led to dancing.

The program was one that the Nautolan youngling had pulled together over the last five minutes, bridging the comm unit to the program memory in order to capture a transmission of current popular music and save that into the buffer. Then it was a matter of combing the HoloNets for a choreography video of modern dance techniques for that song, and then getting the holosuites sensors and emitters to project and re-create those holograms in sync with the song file, animating each figure independently, so that it could become an interactive experience.

Focusing on the technique known as isolation, the small Nautolan payed less attention to timing or form and more on rhythm and the simplistic fun of dance. Feet jumping out. Jumping in. Turn. Step. Down. Wave up. Pose. Lock. Now transition into the Droid. Shift to the side. Stop. Lock. Pose down. Pose up. Then jump with the rhythm.

The drones were watching more of the people there, something about the ship not being the most ideal and QUiet crossed her arms obsering the twi'lek as it starred at the AI hologram. "Hey my systems were made for the finest in self manufacturing and colonizing the unknown galaxies anchored to the main on here. We are going after invaluable resources and information." She remained there looking at the twi'lek as the drone kept moving and saw the young one was in the training holosuite making a ruckus for dancing... They could keep track of him on the ships sensors and the anti stealth plating inside with weight sensors would let them keep track.

"The finest in all the land, and yet they will fight each other the moment they are tested. Five power generators, thirsting for fuel. Four shields, each contesting for emitter space, each devouring power before the preceding fails. Two frames, strong on their own, weakest where they join. More does not make something better." Sadly, she shook her head, Matsu should have known better than to do this to a ship, heck she'd probably produced twice as many as Domino had. And the AI, well Domino still wasn't sure about her.

Matsu was seeing the reports of Zak in the ship and playing as she looked at Domino and raised her eyebrow higher.... something the twi'lek couldn't do \.... So she had a one up there before speaking. "I see, well we have not finalized it Domino, what reworks would you suggest that we can get our engineers on within the ship?" She said it while looking over more of the things that were there and bringing up ways they could work on and improve the ship. She could maybe think of a few other systems or ways to build around it so the ship was a beast of defense and travel.

The Drones watched Quiet as she was working on the designs of the ship, standing there with the twi'lek and the jedi master to work on improving the ship for their own use in ways that would help. "We should be able to redesign though the main structure of the ship will prove more useful for docking stability with Seeder ships. Manufacturing and module bays within to provide living and structural segments are needed as well." The drone watched the hologram pulling parts off of the ship design to show where it was heavier and each of the reactors were built into the ship to power the manufacturing facilities on board."

Raising an eyebrow of her own, because yes she could do that after all what was the point of avatars otherwise, Domino pointed up the page to where the most noticeable problems were helpfully highlighted in green. "Could also run those factories off the sun power instead of their own generators and make sure they get switched off during combat. I also wouldn't use the firebirds, but that icon pulls up stats for a Vaughan squadron which is weird. And the Ion Encumbrance Package has a bit of a short range, honestly I'd switch them and several other guns over to point defense. That's a lot of ship to only have a handful of defense guns covering and lasers track and destroy missiles faster." Worrying at her lower lip, Domino thought about it a moment and pulled up a few more readouts. "Should also consider either a grav projector or a HIMS, let you pick your engagements or set them to your advantage. This vessel should never fight an enemy not in a gravity well of some sort what with I know your main cap-ship killer is."

Matsu was looking at the twi'lek and now... that was a good idea. Make it so they could pick and choose when to engage or have the advantage. "From damorian we have gotten solar panels and with that nirvana shield you created we can have quiet fill the power systems of the ship easily enough. Maybe reduce the draw on the reactors to optimize power needs where it can be done." She was thinking about it and working with some of the things on the ship they could do a whole lot of secondary systems that would build it up as needed to be able to map and colonize the furthest reaches. "We'll start working on it, maybe change up some of the systems and things on it."

"Sounds good." Domino agreed looking over the plan for more things that stood out. Usually when she built a ship it was designed towards a singular purpose and decidedly non-civilian, so this new approach was throwing her a bit. It wasn't necessarily what she would have wanted in a ship, but then this wasn't for her or her interests and she found herself biting her tongue on several nit-picks that would normally have bothered her. Getting people out onto frontier worlds and set up nicely was something she knew needed to happen, she just didn't want to be the one in charge of it or trying to convince people to settle there. Not many were willing to give up the familiar comforts and security of home to go out into the dangers of the unknown. Those that were, were usually desperate and willing for a reason.

Matsu was looking at the design and engineering some more of it for use on the ship would be needed, mostly she wanted to try and get some redeisgns with the help of the AI. THey could bring in the ship building and setting all of it up before her attention went to parts of it level by level and different systems. They would need to work on some of the larger sections for themselves. "We'll not ship it out until the ship is ready so I am not worried and working on parts of it. THis is why we have drydock so lets see where else to look. The seeder ships feeding information will only benefit from more time out exploring and charting this ships path."

These are the voyages of the starship Saratai. Her mission, to boldly go where no Nautolan had gone before...

And when you had to go, you had to GO!

Darting from one side of the hall to the other in a zig-zag pattern, the small youngling peeked in each doorway in hopes of finding of finding a toilet. Shimmying back and forth on the balls of his feet, the boy was starting to dance. This ship was 2,900 meters long, with 40 different option packages, but had anyone remembered to include the little boy's room?

The drones were watching the other ones there, all of the attention on some of the bigger things. She had the attention of the drones while they were keeping track of the small ak... at least that was the name coming up in her databanks while her full attention was on some of the larger and more impressive things. They had been making sure all of the manufacturing processes were done with more information going across the screen. "Careful young one." The hardlight projection of the Ai appeared with all of her attention going to trying to keep her head on. "Everything is going well according tot he designs laid out. This unit is glad to say it has gone along well enough."

Matsu was going through it, while ak played and the computer with Quiet worked on the things she was able to start scrapping and switching the designs from the suggestions to get the best things. It might not be the best ship compared to some but she would be able to work on many of the things that Domino had suggested and bringing in others would only help to build upon what they had going for them. More starship workers might even allow them to make more then one ship in secret that could be used to better understand and work on parts. Maybe exploration and massive factories with time could become and standard until they had rebuilt the infrastructure of some of the worlds or improved upon them to the point it would be more sustainable.

In all truthfulness the Rendili woman wasn't entirely certain why she was flying out to respond to the summons the Sasorai group put out. She had provided support for a number of their projects in the past, but she hadn't in awhile. Although she hadn't done much of anything in awhile at that, though it wasn't by design. Things had merely been hectic and it appeared as if some markets were shutting themselves off because the company headquarters was stuck in Sith territory. That wasn't entirely fair, though paranoia could be expected. It sounded like the people were specifically angry she hadn't fled or blown up her company's resource after the takeover though. The fact they were being so petty, even after all these years, was laughable.

Although it all did give rise to thought to the designs Camellia recalled attempting to develop and put onto the market before the wars even began so long ago. Exploration craft, to push the boundaries of the galaxy. The Spearhead class cruiser was supposed to be a military expedition craft for that reason, but it was a basic first foray into such designs. Hearing that this project everyone was working on here was harkening back to work she remembered helping Sasorai with before interested the Rendili woman. Maybe this time the work would come to fruition and they would see the ship come together. And then maybe in the future she might call in the favor for assistance in testing her own work.

Matsu was looking at the ones here now, all of the hard work going into it as she started working on the really impressive parts of it. She could see many of the things there as the hardlight hologram of it was being changed thanks to the design ideas that the others were able to give. She wanted to work on some of the things before turning most of her attention to the others that were here. She had some more ideas though for the ship and with the right work they might be able to use it and beef it up for many of the things they could do. Sending these out into the galaxy to colonize new worlds found or make contact with teams of jedi they can do she would be able to work with. "I think we are making a lot of the progress we need, the ship should be coming together well enough."
