Mandalorian Crusaders | Mercs With Mouths

The Mandalorian Crusaders began as a restoration movement, spearheaded by the Warmaster Isley Verd. The intent was simple. Numerous worlds once found a home within the Mandalorian borders - and countless vode once entered the fold. However, following the Second Akala Crisis, these planets and peoples were lost. Although great strides were made by the Clans to rectify this calamity, Isley and his House took a direct approach by situating themselves on Echoy'la and expanding outward. One by one, former Mandalorian worlds found themselves reunited with their people and a small nation began to form. While initially dictatorial, the Warmaster extended to this budding government the same sovereignty enjoyed by every Mandalorian Clan. The result was a federation of worlds under the protection of the Crusaders.

In the wake of these changes, in addition to the beginning of the Mand'alor's Crusade, the Crusaders adjusted their focus. As a whole, they would continue to reclaim their lost worlds and people per the norm...but, additionally, the amassment of wealth became paramount. In the hopes of bringing prosperity to the people, whilst also supporting Mandalore's war effort, the Crusaders have evolved into a largely mercenary entity. Their forces, on an individual and collective basis, began to practice the art of war on behalf of others.

As a whole, the Crusaders now strive to emphasize the individual sovereignty of its members. In doing so, typical ranks have been eliminated in favor of an "all are equal" mindset. With the exception of the Warmaster himself, members of the Crusaders answer to only themselves and the Resol'nare. However, on the field of battle where organization is crucial to survival, a number of Warmarshals have been appointed. These individuals act as "first among equals" and shoulder the duty of keeping their fellows alive and organized during large scale operations. Conversely, the duty of a Crusader is to not get himself, or his vode, killed. They are to act honorably, free of atrocities, and serve only clients who are not the declared enemies of Mandalore. Furthermore, while a Crusader is free to select his/her own jobs, it is expected that a portion of the proceeds is returned to the collective.

This expectation is the policy of all contracts, for doing so funds the Crusaders, uplifts the people, and supports the Mand'alor's war effort.

No mission is too large.
No battle is too treacherous.
The Crusaders will burn through your enemies...for a price.

I do not believe so. Technically your alternate char is, cause the Daemon Clan are a representative of the Crusaders.

That being said, join up! I fully recommend the faction! The people are fun, missions are interesting, then the whole Isley thing. Have you seen Ra's statues? Come on.
