BIOGRAPHY:

CHILDHOOD
Malica Drezyan was born in the slums of Nar Shaddaa. Malica’s mother considered her child worthless and weak. Since Malica was old enough to speak, her mother relieved her self-loathing and contempt for an absent husband onto her daughter. At age16, Malica ran away, convinced by youthful optimism that she could face whatever danger presented itself. Malica soon discovered that life on the streets was equally as harsh as living with her mother and distinctly more unjust. When news spread of a young woman living alone and unprotected, Malica was captured by slavers. She was sold to an underground organization and added to their collection of entertainers: slaves of different species, trained as exotic dancers to cater to the the desires of crime lords.

SLAVERY
Malica was resistant to her captors, often beaten into submission. After 6 miserable years of humiliation, Malica assaulted one of her captors, attacked him brutally and killed him. With no use for murderous girls, the organization ordered her to be sold back into the market. She was given to a bounty hunter to sell at the slave exchange in Tatoonie on the way to a mission. They instructed him that if she fought back, to kill her. At this point, she was no longer worth the credits.

RESCUE
The bounty hunter was a Mandalorian named Cyrus Alor'had. The Mando'ade was a quiet man, who had been interested in Malica ever since she’d been captured. Having lost his wife and son in childbirth, Cyrus had become a ruthless killer and valuable ally among criminals, a living shell of the armor he wore. He watched over Malica because of her strength whenever he visited the cruise ship she served. Her raw energy reminded him of the members of his former clan. Cyrus told the slaver organization that he'd sold the girl and replaced her price with his own credits. He left Malica on Tatoonie to live as a free woman. "Free to become a slave again, you mean,” She corrected him. “I only know how to display my body, not how to use it.” Cyrus promised he would teach her the way of the Mando'ade if she would live with him as his companion. Although she considered this another chain attached to a different post, she agreed.

MISTAKE
As Malica's skills in assassination and combat became more refined, the thought of her former weakness overwhelmed her. Attempting to give sincere aid, her Mandalorian mentor implored her to forget her past. "Wer'cuy, cyare," Cyrus crooned. "Don't let your past swallow you up." Malica refused. Their relationship ended in a battle which Malica won unfairly. Malica gifted Cyrus with a wound which rendered him useless as a bounty hunter. Submitting to her, he disappeared one night and left her his helmet. With her training incomplete, Malica was left to survive on the scraps of the technique she'd learned from Cyrus. After botching a mission, Malica reluctantly resorted to dancing to bring in credits. She keeps Cyrus' helmet in her possession and wears it while collecting small bounties. She dreams of quitting dancing altogether and becoming a full-fledged hunter.

OMEGA PYRE
During her time at the bar Four Roses, Malica was recruited by Omega Pyre agents, Teaga Alcori and Siobhan Kerrigan. She worked for the faction for a couple years, aiding them in battle and building a relationship with the two women, whom she greatly admired. Malica was beginning to climb the ranks after her assistance at Roche and against the Bando Gora, but was discovered dealing with bounty hunters and removed from the faction. She returned to Tatooine for respite and is currently hiding in Mos Eisley.

Guess she's lucky she was just re-sold after committing an act of 'murder'. You'd think somebody would make an example out of her for that, but maybe reselling her was just a form of additional torture. Interesting profile. I imagine there are some severe levels of psychological trauma on this one. It'll be fascinating to see how they pan out.
