The M2 ATHET is Millennium's take on this universal need, capable of moving large amounts of material, long distances, for a large amount of time. Since the vehicle is intended to operate near the backlines, armaments and armor was axed over better fuel efficiency and cargo capacity. The M2 All-Terrain Heavy Equipment Transporter also is capable of mounting weaponry on its bed, or towing heavier equipment behind it. Introduced during the civil war on Millennium's homeworld, the M2 has been used in massive numbers ever since- even entering the civilian sector for private use.

- Great Reliability: Despite the normal infamy of Alloy M-211B being unreliable, the over-engineered M2 ATHET rarely breaks down during normal operation.
- Defenseless: Not only does this half-track have no defensive weapons, it also is built with next to no armor plates in order to improve its carry capacity. Even an antique slugthrower could damage it.
- Wide Load: Due to the M2 ATHET's size, it has a difficult time turning and generally maneuvering around. It instead opts for consistency from point A to B over anything fancy.
