SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Mechanical pistons and servos enhance the user’s movements
  • Very light and compact, also simple to maintain
  • Multiple linkages to mount armour and attachments
  • Small power generator that starts with the user’s first movements
  • Optional neural interface
  • Coverage over hands and fingers, enhancing grip strength as well
  • Insulated against EMP and Ion attacks
  • Rugged design

STRENGTHS
  • Enhancement: The exoskeleton enhances the movement of the user, greatly boosting the strength and speed of the wearer
  • Interface: An optional neural connection can be added, allowing it to be used by paralyzed individuals and give them back usage of their body.
  • Support: The suit has several mounting points all over it, allowing the wearer to mount armour on top of it to act as a second skeleton.
  • Flexibility: The suit is specially designed to not hinder the user’s movement.

WEAKNESSES
  • Durability: It might be built like armour, but it isn't armour. Unless an attacker directly hits the durasteel skeleton somehow, it will not offer any protection to the wearer.
  • Practice: It takes training in order to get used to the suit and to not crush, break or fly into objects or people.
  • Stall: If the suit is shut off, or servos are damaged, the suit can greatly hinder the movements of the wearer.
  • Maintenance: The suit requires careful maintenance to ensure it runs smoothly under stress.

DESCRIPTION
The M.I. Exoskeleton is a new and experimental device meant to be worn under armour to give the user a bit of mechanical advantage in their movement, whether it be for strength or speed throughout the body. It can also be worn on its own and even fit under baggy clothing, giving it a very inconspicuous look.

The only issue is the fact that it is a highly specialized device that isn’t easy to produce. As such, they are very expensive and have rather low production numbers.
