Special.png

  • Energy/Kinetic Resistance: This metal provides high resistance to energy attacks and kinetic strikes.
  • Sonic Resistance: Due to magnetic resonance, the metal provides an above-average resistance to sonic attacks.
Strengths.png

  • High resistance to Sonic attacks.
  • Very High resistance to energy and blaster strikes.
Weaknesses.png

  • There are limited quantities of this rare material available for use.
  • This metal is highly conductive and as such provides little resistance to EMP/ION attacks.
  • This metal is susceptible to elemental corrosion.
Description.png

Discovered on Eshan's moon, this particular metal, after it has been smelted to remove impurities, was found to be quite resilient. First uses of the metal were in jewelry, but this was quickly limited by the Echani government which had seen that the metal seemed well suited to combat production, which isn't that surprising since the Echani themselves are a combat oriented society. The metals ability to resist blaster strikes and kinetic attacks has made it suited to personal armor, but also to use in ship armor. Unfortunately, due to the lack of resistance to elemental and EMP/ION attacks, the material was deemed unusable for the droid manufacturers and also for ground vehicle manufacturers due to their constant exposure to the elements. Experimental alloys may show promise in these areas, but as yet, none have been developed.
