OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: To create an RP location for The Finale.

  • Links: N/A
SETTING INFORMATION
  • Structure Name: Lot 311
  • Classification: Speakeasy
  • Location: Brentaal IV - Industrial District
  • Affiliation: The Finale
  • Accessibility: Access is limited to members of the Finale, and those that have been invited. While the business park is open to the public, those wanting to visit the club will need to locate the entrance (see description). Aside from the main door, there is one underground escape route that leads from the club to the streets, and one entrance via the warehouse itself -- accessible only to the Nova Sisters.
  • Security: A Private Security Team that patrols the business park and the speakeasy itself, as well as a couple of bouncers.
  • Description: From the street, the Lot 311 business park is nothing special. It appears that there is still work being done at the warehouse, but there are also times when it seems strangely empty. However, below the fairly unassuming surface is a lively speakeasy. The lower levels of the warehouse were transformed into a posh spot for the Nova crime family and those they wished to entertain. It is lavishly decorated in the old world style, favoring rich textiles and dark mahogany.
How to get in: patrons must proceed to the loading dock, an area clearly marked for “employees only.” While there are a number of doors here, there is one that is slightly different than the others -- perhaps a bit heavier. There is also a buzzer next to this door, press for service. A member of the security team will be by to verify entrance requirements. Once cleared, patrons may take the freight elevator down into the club.

Those that are allowed entrance must pay close attention to the house rules:
  1. The first rule about the Finale is that you don’t talk about the Finale.
  2. Holo-calls are prohibited inside the club.
  3. No photography, please.
  4. Regarding guests: don’t bring them (unless they are a Finale member or VIP).
  5. Brawling is bad form -- take it somewhere else. This may lead to being banned from the club… or worse.
POINTS OF INTEREST

The Foyer: Lot 311’s entry way is a favorite gathering spot. Dim lighting immediately sets the mood, and the inviting atmosphere draws patrons in. There are small booths and sitting areas, the perfect place to mingle. Club goers should mind their words, as conversations are easily overheard in such a place…

The Barroom: The bar is stocked with high-end liquor, and there is an attentive mixologist to craft drinks. There is a drink menu on display on the counter, but patrons are welcome to make special requests, orders for tea and spice will also be fulfilled (if there is inventory).

The Sitting Room: Located near the bar, patrons may relax at a private table or booth. There is a small dance floor, and there is often jazzy piano music to add to the ambiance. And while this may appear to be the ideal place to let go of inhibitions, please stay classy.

The Spare Room: A small room off towards the back, the perfect place for private chat.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Lot 311 was purchased by the Nova Family Patriarch. Every crime family needs a hangout, so he quietly had a subterranean speakeasy constructed below the warehouse. Here, members of the Finale and chosen VIPS may indulge and imbibe. Spice makes its way through the speakeasy, and to the hands of their most exclusive customers -- the rich and powerful of Brentaal IV and neighboring systems. Following the Patriarch's death, ownership of Lot 311 passed to the three Nova Sisters to manage jointly -- however, Dahlia has taken a special interest in the location.
