HISTORY
Born on Naboo, Lorn Reingard enjoyed a peaceful childhood, the eldest son of a Royal Security Corps officer and a renowned tailor. His world shattered at the age of ten when his father died in the line of duty, leaving Lorn consumed by anger and grief. It was around this time his nascent Force abilities surfaced, alarming his mother who, fearing his volatile temperament, sent him to train with the New Jedi Order.
Lorn never truly fit in. He remained an outsider, his grief and anger alienating him from the other Jedi initiates. His path took an unexpected turn when he caught the attention of a young Jedi Knight named Soloman Varnell. Recognizing a kindred spirit, Soloman defied the Jedi Order and, within a year, left with Lorn for his home world of Mirater.
Mirater was a feudal world embroiled in constant warfare between rival kingdoms. Soloman's family, the Varnells, ruled the largest. There, Lorn began his unorthodox Jedi training, focused less on meditation and philosophy and more on combat and weapon mastery. He also formed a close bond with Soloman's sister, Virginia. Together, they explored their burgeoning Force abilities, their connection deepening into an intimate relationship that defined their teenage years.
Their idyllic world crumbled when Virginia was forced into a political marriage with the Krull Kingdom, devastating Lorn. Heartbroken, he threw himself back into his training, developing a deep connection to the natural world and its creatures. Years later, the fragile peace shattered as the Krull Kingdom declared war, plunging Mirater into a brutal, decade-long conflict.
Lorn fought fiercely at Soloman's side but the war hardened him. His pain intensified as Virginia emerged as a key figure in the Krull forces, embracing the dark side. Even more troubling, Virginia's daughter, Isla, now a powerful seer for the Krull's, plagued Lorn's dreams, her visions constantly leading the enemy to victory.
Despite the horrors of war, Lorn found camaraderie with the soldiers of the Varnell army, and his bond with Soloman strengthened, the Knight becoming the older figure in his life. This fragile existence was shattered when Virginia, leading a Krull assault, infiltrated the Varnell camp. King Duncan Varnell, her father, was murdered and the army decimated.
Imprisoned for months, Lorn and his comrades were forced into gladiatorial combat, watching helplessly as they fought and killed each other. The ordeal culminated in a final, agonizing duel – Lorn against Soloman. With a broken heart, Lorn ended his beloved Master's life, becoming the sole survivor of the Varnell Kingdom's leadership.
In the aftermath, Isla, for reasons Lorn could never fully understand, freed him. Lost and alone, he spent months wandering the wilderness of Mirater, eventually securing passage back to his home world. Back on Naboo, he sought solace and purpose, finding it within the Shirayan Jedi Order, becoming a member of the Council of Light. He also channeled his military experience, commanding the Vanguard, an elite Jedi unit dedicated to the protection of the Royal Naboo Republic.
But the scars of Mirater remain, a constant reminder of the love he lost, the friends he buried, and the brother he was forced to kill. Though he fights for peace and justice, Lorn knows his past will forever shape his future, and his story is far from over.

Lorn is a complex and deeply scarred individual, defined by loss, war, and conflicted loyalties. Once a peaceful child, the early trauma of his father's death ignited a simmering anger and grief that continues to fuel him. He's an outsider, never fully fitting into the traditional Jedi mold, preferring action and practical application of the Force over philosophical contemplation.PERSONALITY
His experiences on Mirater hardened him further, forging him into a skilled warrior but also leaving him emotionally isolated and burdened by guilt.
