Intent: To help Lord Fa with his social practices.
Development Thread: N/A
Manufacturer: Tai Fa
Model: N/A
Affiliation: Tai Fa
Modularity: No
Production: Unique
Material: Alchemized metals

Strengths:
  • False Lightside Aura: Through the usage of Sith Magic the ring imbues the wearer with a false lightside aura. This allows the wearer to pass scrutiny of other force users without having to hide their force sensitivity.
  • Durable: The ring is made through standard alchemical practices and as such is quite durable. It can reasonably withstand a few blows of a lightsaber.
Weaknesses:
  • Lightside: A focused effort of the Lightside can destroy the ring.
  • Bracelet: It's durability has little effect as it is a ring. If a lightsaber hits its location, it might not damage it, but will certainly still cut through the limb with much ease.
  • Force: In places where there are Ysalamiri the ring becomes inert.
Description: It was relatively early in his in-roads into galactic civilization that Lord Fa noticed a certain lingering sense of bias against Sith and their religion. This was understandable, of course, considering how some of the more zealous members of the religion had caused much harm to the Galaxy at large and its denizens.

But it was still very inconvenient for a pragmatic businessbeing like Lord Fa himself. As such he began to use a Force Dispenser ring to offset the issue, by hiding his force presence completely.

This worked rather well for a while, until word reached him about new developments.

Apparently it was possible to detect if someone was a force user, even when they were using a force dispenser. This, again, concerned Fa and he started to look for alternatives. This came in the form of this ring.

Instead of hiding his force sensitivity entirely, it simply makes him seem aligned with the Lightside. Of course this might cause certain issues with his Sith colleagues in the field, but that was the price of doing business in his mind.
