Looking to speak to a faction official

Greetings, members of the Techno Union!

I am in search of a Techno Union official who would meet my character to form a deal between Hill Holdings and the TU. Just a short, IC meeting.

We can't just say that Hill Holdings started funding the Techno Union out of nowhere. And besides, there has to be terms.

So, anyone up for this?
