Looking for Training

So Xavier's an old character and I've finally found a direction to take him in, and as such I kinda need to actually do things with him, first and foremost being getting him more training in the art of war. He's a competent enough swordsman, though it could be improved, but I want him to become a decent leader. So is anyone willing to teach this guy some lessons?

Also, pyrokenisis would be nice.

Specifically this character is also an amazing leader/general so i'd love to thread with you and teach you some things about the art of war. We could even use actual IC examples of events going on right now. For example the attack on Ossus going on currently, or even strategic galactic positioning. Take for example the Metal Lords and how if factions banded together they could effectively pincer the Metal Lords, inversely the Lords are also in an extremely viable position to pick and choose their enemies and have several to choose from.
