Request Looking for Someone that Can Edit Images

Hello!

I have a new character in mind with the perfect actor. Unfortunately the images of him in uniform that I'd like to use for his profile and biography contained banned symbols which don't match Star Wars anyways. I don't have photoshop or anything of the sort to edit the images to make them forum friendly. I also don't have the knowledge to use any of the programs.

Any help for them would be great!
