LFG Looking For Mercenary-style Work

Milla Kryst

Might Just Change Your Life
Hey there, looking to do some work. New around these parts, so hope to find some employment and contacts, with some good contracts.

I prefer Bounty Hunter-style work, where I pick up a contract but I don't have any official status with any of my employers. I can do guard/escort duty, I can infiltrate certain facilities and gain information for the opposition, smuggle illegal goods, and capture people. I do not work in slavery or putting a price on a life, however, so no killing. I'm not afraid to kill, I just don't do it for credits. I'm not afraid to work for exceptionally scummy underlords, in fact I prefer it. No matter the job, if I accept it, I'll make sure it gets done. Just don't expect me to take high risk-low reward jobs. Thanks!

The Crimson Exchange, my minor faction consisting of one inactive member and myself is absolutely looking for workers.

The Exchange is a high-profile mercenary faction slash crime syndicate, like the Hutts or Pykes, that is led by force-users. We accept jobs from security to assassinations and even raids on convoys/facilities.

If a job's too big, or we need to keep our name out of it, we hire smaller mercenary groups to do the job for us.

PM if interested, we'd love to have ya!

I would have no problem doing that, but Scar would not have any official affiliation. No name tags, no sign ups, no registration. Just signs a contract and does a job. Is that okay?

We can, but I'd certainly prefer if you could affiliate with us. The idea is we are a big network of mercenaries, more coordinated than most mercenaries, bounty hunters, etc. We allow individual work, but big jobs such as ambushes or raids are put together. We have small pockets of planets under our influence, led by the more loyal and consistent members. A one-time deal doesn't really help us, which is why I created a true faction instead of simply saying I wanted some mercenaries to work for me.

Here is a description and our ranks::

Description:

The Crimson Exchange is a group of criminals led by Cintak Gakon, a Bothan force user. The Crimson Exchange is based on Nal Hutta and performs extremely dangerous, complicated, and high paying jobs, from Assassination and Kidnapping to Raiding outposts or ambushing trade convoys. The Crimson Exchange has no code of honor, and demands two things from its' members: Always obey Cintak, and give 20% of profits to Cintak.

Ranks:

Warchief: The leader of the faction, all others must obey. Only replaced by his command, or if he is killed.

Warlord: The force users. They lead their own section of the faction, but must answer to the Warchief. They are allowed almost complete autonomy. They can act outside of Nal Hutta with permission. They typically supply themselves, but may ask for aid from the main section (on Nal Hutta), including use of the imperial Star Destroyer, the armory, and reinforcements.

Contractor: The Galactic Alliance, or NIO has diplomats. The Crimson Exchange has Contractors. These are extremely loyal members that give contracts to criminals outside of the Crimson Exchange if the Crimson Exchange needs to keep its hands clean, or if its' members are all taken by other jobs. Contractors also manage any arms deals, and trades. This is the highest rank a non-force user can reach in the Crimson Exchange. They are extremely loyal, and are trusted deeply by Cintak.

Lieutenant: Second-highest rank for a non-force user, Lieutenants are in charge of small webs of influence around Nal Hutta, and command a few squads of troops. They report to Contractors before taking any actions.

Squad commander: Grunts that have proven themselves either through combat, or loyalty. They are allowed to lead a squad in any missions.

Grunts: Anyone that has yet to prove themselves.

Ah, I see, well at first I would have responded with affiliation isn't a big problem. Meaning Scar wouldn't be upset if it's known he has taken jobs from any organization, he just doesn't get on the pay roll. He'll always be available for contracts and on-call, but he would never wear a badge on his shoulder.

Unfortunately, the very first paragraph of the information on your faction is the opposite of what Scar does. He doesn't take money to kill, and he doesn't get involved in group assaults. While he will occasionally work with a very small squad, he isn't into signing up for an army. He doesn't assassinate, he prefers less risky jobs compared to dangerous ones, and he sticks to a code of honor. I'm very sorry, Cintak, but I really couldn't sign up. Depending on the jobs in the future, you can always reach out to Scar!

If you're looking for consistent work TDW is hiring, we're a Paramilitary Org (run by myself) that has pretty lucrative contracts with the CIS, some connections in the GA, and a very healthy working relationship with the SJO. On top of this we have our own R&D department that makes some decent equipment. If any of this sounds interesting to you just let me know, I do have ground rules if you're working with my PMO.

I might be able to take jobs, it would be a nice business to do jobs and check out any toys and gadgets you have. When I have enough credits it'll be nice to upgrade from the antiques I got. What are the rules?

Just take a look at our Org sub in the Codex here, and those rules would be the same thing you're subject to. As for toys, I mean I have a few decent things. Feel free to stop by the CIS discord and ask for me if you have any questions.

Hey, I guess I should have asked.... were you offering to employ me, or just offer me jobs and contracts? I'm not looking to officially sign up with anyone, sorry.

Hey, I'm a sub of Cintak Gakon. I made the Elysium Empire, a monarchy that wants to wipe every faction off the map and "bring the galaxy off its' knees", uniting it under our banner.

I'd certainly hire you to a one-off job: Terrorize Bespin. If Cloud City still exists, make it fall from the sky. I can RP with you, we can get a group if you'd like. I need to make a splash to get people to join and recognize the faction.
