Immortal Jen'ari Sith Emperor
The Jen'ari Empire is looking for minor criminal factions to further flesh out a custom planet being made. The planet is a mixture of Byss and Mustafar. Only has one civilized location, a massive metropolitan city. The city has a lower and upper city. The upper city is enforced with Imperial Law, but lower city is ran by gangs and crime lords.
The criminal factions that join up will get a permanent HQ designed to their liking in lower city, MUST be peaceful with the Jen'ari for however long they wish to have a presence on the planet, must NEVER be hostile towards any Jen'ari member or the faction itself.
The Crime syndicate that signs on will have their own HQ, weapons factory, a casino, Bar/Cantina.
Multiple crime syndicates or organizations can join in, but the first one that comes forward that the Jen'ari Empire approves will have the most territory control in lower city.
