Looking for a duel

Hey I have an amazing idea, I was thinking of maybe a sith comes through a city that my character is in and faces off with a NPC jedi who they kill, my character then in turn takes up the weapon of the fallen Jedi and they duel. This duel would of course end with the Sith winning unless by some miracle Sage pulls it off. Should she lose then Sage would fly away

Well, the only melee dueling I'd be able to offer is fencing, but I am a bit limited on settings. there'd need to be created an IC reason. Otherwise I can duel with aerial combat in fighters.
