HPI provided the necessary logistical and scientific data on Dral Kayatr, Seigurium, and Iadrium, allowing Lilaste engineers to consolidate these materials into a dedicated armor-defeating munition.
At its core, the LO-AP/19 features a Dral Kayatr penetrator, chosen for its ability to retain integrity and transfer kinetic energy even against Beskar. This penetrator is jacketed in a Seigurium shell, a durable reflective alloy that preserves the round's shape under extreme stresses and maximizes velocity retention in flight. Propulsion is provided by a tailored Iadrium powder charge, whose exceptionally energetic burn produces extreme muzzle velocity and additional thermal transfer upon impact.
