Little bit of dark never hurt

Anya's words brought a smile to Adron's face, like none he had held in the past few years. Keeping her hand in his he arched a brow at the woman's tale about her own lightsaber. "Really? That's pretty interesting. I've had...." He paused for a moment before a less than prideful expression came over him. "Three....wow..." He chuckled lightly, realizing that was a bit excessive for his age.

"My first was a training saber I got when I was six. Well of course I graduated that one. My second was my first real lightsaber that I constructed with my Father. My third is this one here." He tapped the weapon on his hip for emphasis as they continued through the market.

"Honestly this one is the only one I've ever felt a connection to....Well, in a way. It probably sounds a bit weird to have a connection to a weapon huh? But it's saved my life more than once." He paused in the middle of the market and held the weapon out to her, offering it for her examination.

"I call it purity. The blade is a brilliant white. But I call it purity because I plan to purify my home world with it by my side. Must sound a bit eccentric?" He joked, smirking as he glanced at a nearby vendor. "Honestly, some days taking my lightsaber apart and putting it back together is all I need to maintain my composure....other days...not so much."

She watched him smile, however it seemed so bright like he hadn't shown it often. She couldn't help but smile big as she gave another squeeze to his hand as she chuckled about him having three sabers

three? Doesn't seen like a bad number

She then listened again as he explained about the sabers, she herself never had but the one she had...not A single training blade at all, she glanced to his saber as he went on about having a connection to the weapon. Really she didn't find it odd at all, she had a connection to hers in a way

not weird at all some people make connections with different items and such that they use in day to day life or simply have good memories with

She took the weapon as she examined it feeling over it careful to have her finger off the ignition button before she handed it back listening to him again as he told her about the name and why it had that name. She gave a smile as she closed her eyes and nodded

well...if the saber doesn't help I can always visit...i think I've made my mind up on where to make home, your district sounds like a nice place and maybe I'll get somewhere close to your villa

She said with a smile as she took a breath of the air and sighed

"I think that would be very nice. My manor is on the side of a mountain, but it overlooks a nearby valley that is lush and filled with greenery." Adron took his lightsaber back, letting off a soft exhale as he looked over the weapon. "When I was a child I used to think having a lightsaber was the sign of being a true Jedi. Knowing all the ins and outs of the Force....now I'm not really even sure If I am a Jedi." He muttered, his eyes lowering as he placed the weapon back on his hip.

"Not long ago I fought off a Sith Assassin. She was powerful in the Force and her focus was ridiculous. Somehow I beat her but....her presence in the force was unreal. It almost made me feel....jealous?" He walked down to the next kiosk, taking a look at the several different jewels that appeared to cover the table.

"She had power I didn't...power I could use to save my people....Serenno is such a mess these days I don't know if the Jedi can really help anymore. Are we too weak? Or do we lack resolve? My Father never seemed to have these problems." Adron grunted, balling his free hand into a fist.

Exhaling and squeezing onto Anya's hand quickly calmed him back down. He turned back to her, a face contorted in embarrassment. "Sorry. I talk too much. Hey, this necklace here would look good on you." He bent back down and held up a small necklace, with a fire ruby dangling from the end. "It would match your hair." He said, a smile placed back on his face.

She listned as he explains about his manor, definitely some place she would need to be at a nice view of the mountains and greenery all at the same time was definitely a plus

However she listned to him as he started talking again, she gave a subtle frown and looked away a moment as if inspecting another kiosk before looking back, she then spoke but kept her voice low

the dark side if the force is indeed a powerful things...from what I've read that is. However as I've read it is a dangerous thing if one doesn't know how to control it...it'll offer power but at a cost soemtimes....but that's only in books right? Hahaha

She squeezed back as she has hopefully played it off before looking to the necklace and gave a smile looking at the ruby

it does look amazing...the Color is just like fire...shall we then get it?

Adron listened to Anya's words about the Dark Side and exhaled softly. His voice dropping lower as he spoke plainly to the woman. "The Dark Side is....unlike anything I've ever felt...It's more powerful than the light side of the Force but...the cost is so...unknown."

Digging into his pocket Adron produced a silver credit chit, placing it on the kiosk in front of the salesperson. "Will that do?" He asked her, but the woman had already scooped the chit into her hand and was smiling wide. "How generous of you sir, thank you." Adron turned back to Anya and did a small twirl with his finger. "Here, I'll put it on you."

As she turned he would sweep her hair to the side, creating room for the necklace to clasp. Leaning forward he would bring the necklace over her head and pull the clasp back towards her. Her fragrance filled his nose and practically paralyzed him for a moment, after another second passed he clasped the necklace, moving from behind her once again." Wow..." He said, his face holding a great deal of shock. "Didn't think it was possible for your beauty to ascend....Wrong again."

Taking her hand into his they continued down the last few kiosks as Adron gave Anya a curious look. "What do you know of the Force Anya? Have you ever taken the time to see if you are Force sensitive?"

She didn't know what to say...he was trouble and she could feel it, she tool a minute to gather her words and change them a bit before speaking

there is... another side I've heard one in between the light and the dark...though I've only heard but it has the benefits and powers of both

She had briefly walked the middle before her fall back to the dark, anya watched the exchange before she smiled and turned around as she felt him pull the necklace up. She felt him pause as she let a breath out and felt it clasp before seeing his face as she gave a smile and light blush

thank you adron, as for what I know...ive...had ive of time to read up, I can say without test I am no doubt sensitive to the force...though it all seems...blurry...you have the sith and darksiders bent with destruction then you have the light who wishes for no conflict...but both are flawed

She said as She looked around at the kiosks then bavl to him with a smile

Adron nodded at Anya's words, empathizing with the truth of then. "It's a pretty interesting concept, the choice between light and dark. If you use the light in incompetence or use the dark to do good doesn't it throw the entire notion out the window? My father used to say Sith are not inherently evil, however most use the Dark Side as a support to their own personality. Some people are just good and some are bad, even the Force can't change that."

"So did you have any training in the Force? I thought I could sense the Force coming from you but lately my sense have been...clouded." He stated, escorting her out of the market district. Making their way for the city outskirts Adron gestured to the sky.

"Hell, almost a year ago things seemed so clear and now...It's like dancing in the dark." He stated, his hand still interlaced with hers.

She closed her eyes as she nodded at his words...now with the force and how it was...well she couldn't really understand it at all...she looked at him and spoke

what determines evil is the action...you cpuld be on the l9ght side and commit atrocities...like the korriban incident. And you can have a sith with humanity to spare those innocent...or as you said support themselves...in the end it all...greys

She listened as she looked up at the sky seeing the clouds as she looked down and took a breath in decoding to at least say some of the truth

I have a little...ive...dabbled in both but...when my parents had died I was left to the streets...i grew up with anger and hate and thus...the dark side took hold on me...inly recently have those bonds been broken...

She squeezed his hand as she closed her eyes and sighed out

Hearing that the dark side had once had a hold on Anya caused Adron to pause just as they reached the cities limits. He glanced over her, feeling a sense of sorrow for her, but also something else. Curiosity. "What was it like?" He asked.

They continued out of the city until finally they had come to the hills on the outskirts of the town. Adron continued his line of questioning. "If you don't want to talk about it I understand but....I wonder what is the dark side like? How does it feel? Did you feel....enthralled by it?"

Looking the woman over he found her to be even more beautiful having told the truth to Adron. Not most would tell an aspiring Jedi that they had once practiced in the ways of the Dark side.

"Like I said, I don't think the dark side is inherently evil." He said, smiling back at her once again.

She paused With him as she looked over then out as she took a minute to remember the last time she had truly felt the pull...which was fairly recent

it is..enthrallimg to have the power but you just...if you let it's grip completely have you you feelimg your humanity just being stripped away your care for others gone

She closed her eyes and shook her head head as she let a breath out. She looked over at him as she spoke again

I wanna try the middle way I keep hearing, to have the balance and power of both...just that books on them are...scarce

She finally just looked him over...she hasn't said this much to anyone and it felt....amazing to tell it to someone

Adron took the two of them down by a nearby river bank, where he recalled a large amount of flowers were known to grow. As they came over the hill Adron gestured to them. "Here they are." Listening to Anya's words he was able to understand how she felt and the want to not be divided through the Force.

Outstretching his hand towards the bank he drew from the never ending void that was The Force. Four small pebbles began to quake for a moment before floating over to his hand. Holding his focus on the Force he watched as he compelled the rocks to start spinning around his hand.

"The middle way...I've heard a few stories of such a path. I hear it's not easy and requires an amazing amount of discipline." Closing his fist, he forced the rocks to levitate over his knuckles as he glanced over to Anya. "I'm sure you could accomplish it though. Especially if it's what you truly want."

"Anya can I ask you something?" He glanced over to her, an almost tired expression in his eyes. "Have you ever wanted to destroy someone because of what they did to you.....but not known if it was you or the Dark Side?"

[member="Anya Loma"]

She looked out among the river bank in awe as she saw the flowers in bloom, full of beauty and as bright as it could be. She looked over as she watched and listened as she looked out, she would try for this middle path as she wanted to finally be at peace with herself

However when he asked his question she took a minute as she sighed out and gave a nod as she looked up at him

plenty...whem i was alone and homeless...people would treat me horribly, sometimes if I ever saw them alone i...i would just black out and wake up to them dead....i felt satisfaction but I always wondered....why did that happen...

She sat down as she looked out again

Rubbing a hand over the back of his neck Adron felt he understood Anya, possibly more than he understood himself. Sitting down next to her he continued to toy with the rocks hovering over his palm. He opened his hand up, facing his palm towards the sky, forcing the rocks to spin around his palm with a hypnotic rhythm.

A question came to mind that Adron felt a need to ask, though he was sure he did not want to know the answer. "You said you had training...Were you trained by a Sith?" He questioned, never taking his eyes off of her.

Already deciding he would not judge the woman for her past, he was merely curios of her history and how powerful she may be. He sensed her in the Force, and now that she had brought it to his attention he could feel the Dark Side in her, but still this didn't mean much. He still enjoyed spending time with her, more so than any other person.

Allowing the rocks in his hand to fall to the ground Adron moved to sit closer to Anya, allowing his arm to brace behind her as he looked over the waters.

She looked over at the rocks and smiled before looking back at the water running down spilling over the rocks pulling whatever was loose with it down I to the vast ocean.

She perked up at his question as she looked forward and sighed as she nodded

yes...when I was 18 he had found me and took me in, his training was brutal one mistake and you would be hurt...i left him to explore the l8ght but

She stopped as she remembered the what happened when she went back...and the product of it

I want back again...and he used me and violated me...then it was in to the training yet again...more brutal this time

She said as she got a blank look before shaking her head as she felt his touch and looked over and suddenly all the bad just melted as she relaxed

As Anya talked Adron put an arm around her absent-mindedly, still staring out at the waters in front of them. "I'm sorry." Was all he could muster from her story with the Sith. Wanting to turn the tide of the conversation Adron was curious what it was Anya did with her time now.

"So what do you do these days? I hope not hunting Jedi, or i guess I'd be in trouble." He teased, hoping the joke would not be in poor taste.

Using his free hand he pulled at the blades of grass that were growing underneath him. "Most of my time is spent with The Dominion's military, Senatorial duties, or trying to keep Serenno from caving in on itself. So, you know, the basics. Luckily I had time to come visit a friend on Naboo....and find another one this morning."

[member="Adron Malvern"]

She was glad that he disappeared, she didn't have to worry one bit, feeling adrons arm she simply relaxed and nodded as she gave a smile over at him as she listened and giggled giving a wink

if I was hunting you I don't think I could kill something so handsome I'd wanna keep it for myself

She said as she shamelessly flirted and giggled to herself as she listened, she gave a blush again as she nodded about him finding a new friend as she chuckled

Well, mostly looking for work now yo be honest...the uhhh realtor was kinda a ploy something that comes natural I've learned, so...what keeps happening on your planet for it to almost keep caving

She said with some concern wondering how she could help

Adron chuckled at her words before exhaling when she asked about the things going on in Serenno. "What isn't happening? Well about a half a year a spice smuggling gang started introducing large quantities of the drug to my people. We've been able to slow the import of the stuff but we still can't find the source."

Pausing for a moment to consider his words Adron ran a hand over his neck once again. "My families murder....Count Borgin's assassination....House Venjuta's head was assassinated not long before my own families. The ruling houses of Serenno have turned to dogs, only focused on money and wealth. When we integrated into The Dominion and became militarized I hoped it would bring peace...it didn't."

Smiling grimly Adron let out another breath before continuing. "The other Houses want me dead. The only other Count who I think I can trust is Venjuta. My father was an amazing man whom the people of Serenno loved...I'm honestly not sure I can handle it the way he could have."

[member="Adron Malvern"]

She listened as she put a hand on her chin and rubbed it, so spice got in and from there it exploded causing what she had seen as a child a basic war. Then the higher up families got it and now to her it sounded like they were trying to control it

so it sounds like...the spice got in and them from there it just exploded causing a sort of war...least from what your telling me I gathered

She said, she reached for his hand and gave it a squeeze as she looked into his eyes and spoke

if there's any way I can help I wanna do so...even if it's just being a body guard I don't care...yput planet sounds like before it got the spice it was the best place...and I wanna see it like such

Adron smiled at Anya and her willingness to help. "Well...Serenno was never perfect. It's always been a breeding ground for corruption. But once it used to have so much pride. It was one of the crown jewels of the galaxy. Anyone with title and presence found their way to Serenno. The Council of Counts were once seen as pillars of strength...now the galaxy sees us as conniving rats."

Considering her words, Adron nodded, smiling at the woman. "Well, I could use a....Secretary who could double as a bodyguard. The Captain of my guard hates me traveling without escort but I don't care for it. But if it was you....I think I'd travel just to get time alone with you Anya."

Adron moved to place a hand on her cheek, smiling at the warmth it produced. "How about it? Plus the pay is amazing and if you want you can stay at my estate."

[member="Anya Loma"]

She found herself saddened when he explained that serenno used to be a jewel of the galaxy even with the corruption it had. She gave a sad nod as she sighed out, it seemed in recent times everyone was forgeting their humanity

However at his next words she perked up and gave a smile, a secretary doubling as a body guard, she could do that

Well I don't think hed have to worry anymore, I may not look it but I'm a fighter. Though I may have to freshen up on numbers and such for th secretary position but that won't be a problem

She felt his hand touch her cheek and closed her eyes a she listned again and gave a soft nod, that saved her looking for a place to stay for sure

you had me at living at the estate and alone time, saves me having to look for a place
