OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: To create a grounded, non-Force-sensitive counterpart to Connel Vanagor—someone who challenges, stabilizes, and humanizes him without diminishing his story.
  • Role: She is doing her own thing right now, but will eventually be involved with Connel, and marry.
  • Permissions: N/A
  • Links: N/A
PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Age: Adult
  • Force Sensitivity: Non-Force User
  • Species: Human(Corellian)
  • Appearance: Tall, athletic, built like someone who works for a living—not for show.
Carries herself with quiet confidence. Not intimidating on arrival…but give it five seconds.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Name: Lira Voss (will be Vanagor)
  • Loyalties: Connel Vanagor Connel Vanagor (though she'd never phrase it that simply)
  • Wealth: Financially stable through her own work. Refuses to rely on anyone else's name, money, or legacy.
  • Notable Possessions:
  • Skills:
    • Mechanic (Primary Trade): Can tear down and rebuild most civilian and light military systems
    • Culinary Expert: Not a hobby—an extension of discipline and care
    • Painter (Private): Rarely shared. The only place she allows herself to be unguarded.
  • Languages: She is practically a walking translator droid. It was almost like her parents just went down the list of languages and added them (;))
  • Personality: Friendly but no-nonsense/Fiery Fiercely loyal. She doesn't mess around or play games. Don't ask her opinion if you are afraid of what she will say. Lira is direct, grounded, and unapologetically honest. She does not play games. She does not posture. She does not care who you are. If you ask her a question, she will give you an answer. If you don't want the truth… don't ask.
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapon of Choice: Her mouth. That and her blaster(T-73 Handgun), or a Scattergun. When she can't use Connel's Lightblaster
  • Combat Function: Close-quarters capable. Practical, efficient, trained informally through her father's Mandalorian background. She doesn't fight for glory. She fights to end things quickly.
  • Force Abilities: "Pfft" leave that to Con'"
Strengths:
  • I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, NOT JUST WHO YOU LOOK LIKE: Lira is one of the very few people in the galaxy who can look at Connel Vanagor, Omega Squad, anyone who uses "image" and not see the armor, the mask, the reputation, whatever and just see the person. She may not call you on it publicly, but you will not affect her.
  • NOT A DEMURE LITTLE PIXIE: She is family oriented, but she is Corellian, AND Mandalorian heritage. So "Family Oriented" does not equate to "fragile." She'll happily cook for you, she'll take care of you, and stand beside you. If things go sideways, you don't need to stand in front of her, she'll stand in front of you if given the chance. If she takes her earrings off, that's your last warning.
WEAKNESSES:
  • SHE SAYS IT ANYWAY: Her honesty will get her into trouble. Not because she's wrong, she just refuses to soften it.
  • INHERITED SHADOW: She has to live the life of having a father who had given up something serious in his life from the types of people you don't walk away from easily. It's a life he does not talk about, it's a difficult life, but one she knows enough to understand something about it being serious enough to abandon, leaving a lingering uncertainty.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Lira Voss was born near the Gold Beaches of Corellia to Qurian Voss and Lena Bathlazar, daughter of a Corellian Council member. Her childhood was shaped by two forces that never quite spoke to each other but were always present: structure and expectation from her mother's side, and a quiet, unspoken history from her father's. Lena raised her with discipline, standards, and an understanding of how the galaxy should work. Qurian, on the other hand, taught her how it actually worked—without ever saying it outright. He never spoke of his Mandalorian past. Not once. And when pressed, he didn't deflect. He shut it down. Hard. He left that life behind for Lena—and for Lira. But he raised her with just enough of it that she felt it anyway. In the way he watched doors. In the way he fixed things instead of replacing them. In the way he made decisions once—and never walked them back.

Lira grew up learning to reconcile those two worlds on her own. She learned how to operate within systems without depending on them, how to follow rules without being defined by them, and most importantly, how to choose her path rather than inherit one. Where others leaned into legacy, she dissected it. Where others sought identity, she built it. She became practical, capable, and quietly unshakable—someone who did not waste time on theatrics or empty words. If something needed to be done, she did it. If something was wrong, she corrected it. And if someone tried to assert authority without earning it, she ignored them entirely. By the time she reached Obelisk, she wasn't looking for anything. She was working. Living. Moving forward. That was enough.

She met Connel Vanagor the same way she met most things that mattered: in the middle of doing her job. Not in battle. Not through politics. In a restaurant. A customer sent back her nerf steak. That was his first mistake. The second was arguing about it. By the time Connel walked in, she was already removing the problem from the building—physically, efficiently, without raising her voice or making a scene. No hesitation. No theatrics. Just done. That was what caught his attention. Not the strength. The certainty. She didn't need validation. She didn't need to win the moment. She simply ended it and moved on. Connel, a man used to presence, power, and perception, recognized something rare in that: someone who did not perform, even when everyone was watching.

What followed was not immediate connection, but alignment. They met again, and again, not by accident but not by design either. In quiet conversations after closing hours. In shared problem-solving when things went wrong. In moments where neither of them tried to impress the other, and both of them refused to waste time pretending. Lira did not treat Connel like a legend, and he never asked her to. She saw the man, the choices, the weight he carried—and she did not flinch. In turn, Connel recognized in her something he valued above all else: clarity. She knew who she was, what she stood for, and what she would not compromise. There was no ambiguity in her. No half-measures.

Their dynamic settled into something simple and unspoken. Lira supports Connel. She stands with him. She believes in him. But she does not defer to him. She is not part of his shadow, nor is she defined by his light. She is her own constant, and because of that, she is the only person who can stand in front of him—fully armored, helmet on, presence dialed to eleven—and say, plainly:

"Shut up."

And he does. Not because he's told to… but because he knows she's right.

Apologies, been a busy few days that haven't totally been about gaming for me. Nope, not at all.

Anywho! Nothing seems to be wrong and I can pass this through as is. However, and I leave this up to you, the formatting for the submission seems like it was just copy/pasta from the AI that created it and I can leave it open if you want to clean it up and/or build off it. If you do, I would highly recommend expanding on the historical information section. Your choice!

Absolutely no worries, I was only kidding around, real life should always come first

I'll clean it up more. I used CHATGPT to "tighten up" the wording and liked it (what you see) better than what I had. I don't want to cause issues. I'll fix it.
