A large expanse of open land, with mountains and clearing where thousands of different types of flora and fauna reside in. The fighters of Leon spent their time here taking down large predators to show their dominance over their other compatriots and enemies.

This is where the legends of Leonmar are forged, they are pitted in great battles against others from all over the great city. These events are held every year and bring hundreds of thousands to grace the presence of these grandiose fights.

The King is the absolute ruler of the planet Lionus and its home city of Leonmar, the king lives high on top of the city and is its highest military commander. The King of Leonmar is expected to be an excellent military commander and martial fighter, with this they must also understand the need of being a practical and fair governor and to rule the people fairly. Most Princes of Leonmar start at an early age to learn the ways of ruling this monarchy and to continue towards a path that will continue this golden age for Leonmar and its people. - Nobility
These are close friends to the King and his family, they tend to reside with high military commanders and are put through rigorous training in their martial skills and military commanding abilities. If the King was to die without an heir, it would be expected that a member of one of these families would rise to the throne, although this hasn't happened in hundreds of years. The Noble families are not however permanent and losing the favor of the king, or not meeting up to the standards of the Leonmar people can lose a family these privileges. - Fighters
These are the men of the Kingdom, they are the first and foremost defense of Leonmar and spent most of their day's training and fulfilling their daily nutritional needs to continue to expand their physical prowess. All fighters are high in the system of Leonmar, but within the Fighters their families' overall standings aid them in the large defense force. - Merchants
The Merchants of Leonmar are mostly female due to the fact that the men of the planet are warriors first before they are to aid in the homely duties of the nation. These merchants trade items from different sects of Leonmar to provide themselves with useful items and to provide other people with the goods they need. The merchants are a part of the upper echelons of society due to their important nature to the clockwork of Leonmar. Having a member appointed to these positions is very honorable and grants families great respect. - Lowborn
Lowborn are those whose families primarily formed of farmers and hunters. Due to the nature of Leonmar, the inability to rise among the hierarchy of families does not result in a bad life, but it does not come with privileges that come with being higher in the echelons of society. - Slaves
The influx of Zabrak and Zeltron slaves are used for training and pleasure, these types are specifically sought out due to their resilience in terms of the Zabrak, and their seductive nature in terms of the Zeltrons. They are the lowest tier of people and due to not hold any rights in the eyes of Leonmar.

There is a High Stability in Leonmar due to the fact that most men are forced into the life of a warrior, learning the essentials to being a soldier and what it takes to be a peak fighter. The men of Leonmar are legendary across the galaxy for their martial prowess but are a rare sight outside their home system due to their Isolationist nature.Due to this fact, most of the women in Leonmar are forced to fill the auxiliary roles, such as merchants, farmers, hunters, and the like. They are also the primary caregivers for their young until the induction into the Academy at the age of 10 for the men and the sorting of the females to their prospective job at the age of 12.To walk down the streets of Leonmar is very different than that of most other nations, there is no fear to have due to the fact that anyone that the eye could see is a member of the government, and the whole nation works as a whole to sustain themselves and to become a strong nation. - Freedom & Oppression:
All natural-born citizens are free as far as the governing body of Lionmar is concerned, with most of the men moving towards their martial prowess and skills. Most of the agriculture and hunting is deligated towards the female members of the population, along with the raising of the young until the age of 10 and some secretarial duties.Due to the fact that Lionmar does have an influx of slaves, used mostly in terms of sport or pleasure, in terms of the Zeltrons and Zabraks. The slave population is vast enough to fulfill the entertainment value that they are introduced to the society for, but growing pat the population already located on the planet to prevent any uprisings to occur and to have them as a commodity to the society.
- Military:
The Military Capabilities of Lionus is vast due to the fact that most of the male members of the planet are trained to be fighters and leaders, causing a quick and easy defense force to be rallied to the defense of the planet. Their technology has recently been supplemented with their new declaration of open trade with the rest of the galaxy, bringing them new technologies to continue to bolster the abilities of their defense force, they are limited in their naval capacity, but do have defense platforms placed around the planet to keep enemies at bay. - Technology:
The technology had been until recently a sub-galactic standard due to the isolationist policies of the planet. But under the guiding hand of the current king King Leodrid, the nation has slowly opened its borders to that of the galaxy as a whole and has begun to receive technology through trade with other neighboring nations. The increase in their technological innovations has only happened within the last 50 years and therefore has not been able to surpass the galactic standard that has been set.
Uniting the TribesThousands of years ago the tribes that had settled on Lionus had warred once again, but this time was different from many of the last, the clan that rules the central highlands had overcome the rest and had unified the multitude of tribes under one banner. This tribe focused on dominance, their whole mindset was to be the best fighters they could be.
This tribute would be passed down from generation to generation, the leader of the tribe slowly becoming the ruler of a nation. The King of Leonmar was descended through the male line and could only be inherited by the male heir. The lines have been very few and far between but there have been three distinct dynasties in the time of Leonmar.
The First DynastyWas ruled by the Great Grandson of the chief who had unified the tribes, this King would have many great-great-great grandsons inherit the throne, for hundreds of years his line continued to descend and rule over the people of Leonmar, ruling their people in the way they knew how. But after hundreds of years, one young brother of the Prince got jealous and wanted the title of King for his own, and he killed his brother, to take the crown upon his head. The Noble families rose up and dethroned the "Mad Lion" and locked him away for the crimes he had committed. Out of this there was no heir to inherit, and no King to rule, so one of the most prestigious of the noble families was chosen, and their leader crowned King.
The Second DynastyStarted by the rebellion, ruled for hundreds of years uninterrupted, until they began to reach out to the stars, and began to meet and reach other planets and begin to intermingle with other cultures. This happens to be when Leonmar's fascination with Zabrak and Zeltrons began. With this, they increased their technological skills but invited themselves to disaster. One keen eye saw the weakness of the people of Lionus and used their technological superiority to take over the people of Leonmar and enslave them to their will, slaying the ruling king and his family, and taking the crown for their own.
The Dark AgesFor around a thousand years this alien race rules over the people of Leonmar, using their strength against them, forcing them to fight for their enjoyment and to fight their battles. They were a slave force and could not break the collars that shackled them to the will of their rulers. Slowly but surely, the people of Leonmar began to plot their escape from the chains, and their revenge against those who had so wronged them. Strategic military commanders were taken out by the men that they had chained, and slowly the King's aides began to fall one by one until only the crown sat upon the throne.
The Third DynastyWith the mantle of King now reunited with the people of Lionus, they began a long period of isolationism, with their people closing themselves from the outside galaxy. Only within the last fifty years has the most recent king Leodrid has the planet begun to come out of its shell and talk once more to the galaxy that surrounded them. This has allowed for a major expansion of knowledge and technology and has begun a booming trade of exotic fur trade giving them an immense wealth to use to enhance Leonmar.
The Gulag VirusAt first, the Gulag Virus had little effect upon the residents of Lionus, for their isolationism kept their borders closed for all put people that hailed from the planet. They fared well, for a time, but soon enough the virus caught up to the people of Leonmar as well. One carrier unleashed the plague upon the people. The reigning King Decreed that the people of Leonmar must spread out upon the plains, families both low-born and highborn alike were forced from their homes to prevent the spread of the plague. Many families perished in the wake of the virus. Around the Rise of Chaos, Leonmar began to reopen its doors for those who had been forced out centuries before, lowborn families now raising to the top echelons of society, the Third Dynasty still reigning strong after this period of strife for the Planet.
