Linking company subs

A slew of submissions have been approved using companies which do not have operations which cover them, whether due to the judge not searching through the factory for the company or because of trust in the submitter. Below is an example of a submission which has a company which does contain the proper operations to produce the submitted item.

The submitter has already had 2 other vehicles approved, which are not one of the company operations.

The request is, first, that all judges check company operations and tier, and that, second, all submissions be required to link their manufacturer if they are a company or planet.
