Limit submissions per week per writer

I have sent the following message to the two writers. If it continues I will limit their posting submissions to only 3 new topics posted a day within the Factory as a whole.

However, please do continue your conversation .

Good afternoon,

I am touching base to state that while we are appreciative of your use of the Factory, it has come to my attention that while you are within the guidelines of the 3 submissions per writer in every subforum clause, as soon as your items are approved, you immediately post more.

At this time, we have several trainee Factory Judges and while we have increased our turn around time, I would like to request that you please slow down the posting of your submissions. Take your time, as our Factory Judges are working on judging and approving more of your submissions than ever before.

Please at least give 24 to 48 hours in between posting new submissions in the factory after they have been approved.
