Julius Emil Mannerheim was born on Anaxes. He went to the Naval Academy on Anaxes where he met Albrecht Herlock, who was his senior by one year. Once he graduated, he had several assignements on small corvettes on board of which he had the function of Operatiaons Officer. During these years, He mostly patrolled on the New Imperial Order territory and when the ship was not patrolling, it was in a drydock getting reapirs. As he climbed ranks, he was finally given command of the escort frigate X102 Audacious and almost immediately went to battle. He briliantly fought during the defense of Csilla and now serves in Captain Herlock's Task Force 58.
