STRENGTHS
  • Why won't you die: Triple Strength Molecularly Bonded Durasteel Armor, a Star Destroyer Deflector Shield, Anti Concussion Field and Ion Shield enable the Star Destroyer to withstand punishment that would raise the eyebrow of other Star Destroyer Commanders and maybe even a battle Cruiser on occasion, as it's primary defense shields are quite sturdy, and the armor can take hits even from magnetic Rail weapons weapons with the help of an Anti Concussion Field. It's a tough combatant in any scenario.
  • Guns of The Patriots: It's Main Weapon is a Composite Beam Laser Dish array placed in the middle of the Destroyer, with a high rate of fire, able to fire every three minutes, with an incredibly long range and accuracy that allows it to fire outside of standard Star Destroyers range of engagement, making it a sort of Sniper. This can make it an excellent hunter of Battle Cruiser type ships, as three are capable of harming one, and makes it a deadly threat against other Star Destroyers, and can switch between alternative damage modes. It's got Secondary Magnetic Rail Cannons capable of wrecking Star Destroyers. It possesses point defense continuous Ion Beam Cannons capable of damaging both starfighters and corvettes placed at strategic points everywhere top and bottom of the hull. It's Energy Torpedoes are capable of doing heavy damage to Star Destroyers and Ground targets from orbit as well as its Customizable Bomb Launchers, capable of launching nearly any form of ordinance.
  • Go anywhere: It's Solar and Gravitic Shielding allow it to get much, much closer to Stars or Black holes than other ships in its category for a period of a day. It is also is Submersible on a near indefinite basis due to technology used in the House Io Destroyer, from where it's shielding systems are based off of
  • Speak no evil: Heavily encrypted Comms array makes it extremely difficult for enemy ships to Intercept and decode messages, due to being based off those in the House Io Star Destroyers
  • Self Reliant: Molecular Furnace section and solar recovery reactor are called down versions of those found on the House Io Destroyers. The former allowing it to fabricate weapons and repair parts and repair parts by breaking down raw materials and salvage, the latter allowing it to stay fueled for up to 7 years without refueling or Dry dock (Can take in small amounts of hyper matter in an emergency to go for up to three months) with all systems running, vastly cutting costs. Has large sized healing field Generators and radiation scrubbers on every deck to heal severe injuries and Purge radioactive contaminants, and it's electrical system is biological, capable of self repair. It's legions of repair drones can restore if to fifty percent function over the course of seven days as long as the repair Materials are available. Posseses advanced internal Defenses such as gravity Generators and heavy Sonic blaster turrets
  • Far Ear: Sensors allow it to detect threats at many times the range of Standard Destroyer, due to the technology being adapted from previous ships developed by House Io
  • Hover time: Can hover twice as long in atmosphere as other Destroyers, due to technology from a normal House Io Star Destroyer
  • Automated: Super Tactical Droid Brain allow most parts of the ship function to be automated, requiring only a Skeleton crew of about 400 in Staff command, Engineering, and Medbay
  • Barracks contain space saving bunks, Miniature Moisture Vaporators and escape pods Equipped with Stasis Technology that allows occupants to survive for up to a year stranded in suspended Animation
  • Stealthy: Stygium Crystal Cloak Device capable of hiding ship for up to 21 days
WEAKNESSES
  • Molasses: Slow as a snail and turns like one
  • Underwater Weakness: Underwater, only it's Energy Torpedoes can fire
  • Nebula Weakness: In nebulas it's sensors effectiveness are reduced to half that of a standard Destroyer
  • Composite weakness: Switching from damage modes on its Composite Beam Array shuts it down for seven minutes as a safety feature
  • Railgun Weakness: The railguns can fire only once every seven minutes
  • Recharge Vulnerability: The best time to hit it is when it's recharging, as any damage it's solar collectors take while active will cascade down to other systems
  • Slow reaction: If it's Droid Brain stops functioning the crew can use emergency systems on bridge and Engineering which unlock only in the even the Droid Brain goes down, but they will have an incredibly slow reaction time to facing threats and issues as they crop up
  • Stealth Recharge: After it's stealth systems have expended all their energy, they require 7 days to cool down and recharge
DESCRIPTION

The Lao-Mon Class Star Destroyer the latest product of Scion Mobile Shipyards. Conceived as a sort of Sniping Star Destroyer, it's main weapons allow it to engage threats at vastly greater ranges than other Destroyers, making the ship a potentially deadly Guerilla Fighter of battleships. Able to fight almost anywhere, this is a joint item to be shared between the Eternal Empire and the House.

Alright lets get through this. There is a lot and first instinct from some of the judges was auto denial. So we shall fix this.

As you have been told multiple times before. Enhanced, augmented technologies require a factory sub.
Additionally a path engine attached to a ships engine and enabled movement through hyperspace in a different way.

Star Destroyer Grade Composite Beam Laser (Main Weapon, forward mounted)

Composite beams were powerful and great for attacking vessels above the weight class of smaller ships. Upscaling to a star destroyer makes this more then powerful and on a mass produced ship it can't pass muster. Either reduce production to semi-unique or remove it.

As these are not standard shields they will require a factory sub. Or they can be removed and strengths/weaknesses involved with them as well.

Why won't you die: Triple Strength Molecularly Bonded Durasteel Armor, a Star Destroyer Deflector Shield, Anti Concussion Field and Ion Shield enable the Star Destroyer to withstand punishment that would raise the eyebrow of other Star Destroyer Commanders and maybe even a battle Cruiser on occasion, as it's primary defense shields regenerate twice as quickly as those of other Star Destroyers, and the armor can take hits even from magnetic Rail weapons weapons with the help of an Anti Concussion Field. It's a tough combatant in any scenario, especially given how it's shields have been modified to heavily resist any attempt at draining the shields, whether bio or technical in nature

This honestly reads like you packed anything that sounded good to make it so your ship can't be damaged or harmed. Which would skirt being invincible or god modding which is a no. Durasteel was basic and provided protection but compared to many other metals in the galaxy it was the base material. Even enhanced to have 3 times the strength it would still not be of the same quality to something like beskar in mandalorian ships. I would either reword this so it doesn't read like no one can cause you problems. (factor into your writing that time is not an acceptable counter as post time is relative. You could have a minute pass or a hundred days.

It possesses point defense continuous Ion Beam Cannons with 7 times the range of other weapons in it's size and category, capable of damaging both starfighters and corvettes placed at strategic points everywhere top and bottom of the hull. It's Energy Torpedoes are capable of doing heavy damage to Star Destroyers and Ground targets from orbit as well as its Customizable Bomb Launchers, capable of launching nearly any form of ordinance.

All weapons enhanced for greater range will require their own factory submission. Please remove references to calling damage as that will be determined by the one you are facing.

Again enhanced or special models require their own factory sub.

All and all that is just the start of it, this is not as bad as some of the others I have seen but I am working to prevent things from being reported so lets work together and get it approved.

Hyperdrive Class: Fast | 0.5 (Path Engine)

Hyperdrive: (Does this ship have a hyperdrive? If this ship has a hyperdrive how fast is it? The lower the number, the faster the ship is, you may choose decimals. Any speed below 1.0 requires the hyperdrive to be added to the ship's strengths and accordingly balanced with weaknesses. Links: Hyperdrive, Hyperdrive Comparisons)

Fast is not the correcct designation. It is either Yes or No to a ship having a hyperdrive. Please adjust

Additionally Path engines were jury rigged attachments added to hyperdrives. THey were not standard in themselves if you have made one it will need to be linked. Without a path for the drive to utalize it is a nice chunk of metal on your engine.

You will need to follow the direction as anything below 1.0 requires being listed with strengths and getting proper weaknesses. I would recommend a weakness of the path engine itself needing sophisticated navigational data as per the canon which makes it less helpful and more just something to say you have. Without someone able to chart such paths it becomes exponentially more dangerous.

Durasteel is durasteel even triple strength. The materials was used for many things because is was cheaper to produce then most of the other materials used for starships. Tof weapons melted it and ionization cannons sliced through it like butter. The ships defensive armor and shielding being tough is alright as heavy shielding and plates are always good but please acknowledge the limits. If reports come in that these are flying around and acting invincible then I promise the edits to try and fix it will not be enjoyed.

AAs I said previously composite beams are powerful and now that it is able to be on a cloaked ship and have rapid recharge (even B-wings took longer then 3 minutes and it was a primary system on the ships) It being able to rapidly recharge and get a surprise attack when cloaked and change damage types. (yes it disables it for a short time when switching but time is relative and that can be done in a single post or even sentence) Is unbalanced by the weaknesses. As such, the composite beam will need to be removed as a weapon. You still have more packed on then other ships of its size.
