RATIONALE
Sahan Dragr started Kyr'bes Buy'ce ("Skull Helmet") becuase he was tired of having to go to others to get any modifications done on his equipment or to get new equipment made. He often went to Force-Tech, but was concerned about where their loyalties might lie and if they might one day quit servicing the Enclave. To be prepared for in case that ever happened, Sahan cot together with Kalðr Ísbjørn and created this company exclusively for the Enclave.
