One of the many weapon schematics created by the Mind Forge, the Formund is a weapon meant to deliver deadly blows from a safe distance. It combines the cryogenic weaponry of the KSTR line along with the standard conventions of blaster rifles, creating a blaster bolt that does not dissipate over long distances. Couple that with it's extreme stopping power and very low recoil, in the hands of the right marksman the Formund becomes an unmatched and extremely deadly weapon to behold. Of course, the weapon trades for this with a large and heavy frame, decreasing mobility and making it unwieldy in close ranges, as well as a slow rate of fire.
Ultimately, the Formund is a hunter's dream come true. Any target at any range will instantly become victim to a wielder of this powerful sniper rifle.
