Strengths


  • Science Guy: Created as an intellegent Aeravalin, Krarolk is capable of creating cutting-edge organic weaponry that can aid himself and his squad. He also knows enough about the workings of foreign tools to reverse-engineer the weapons of other factions to be compatible with Bryn'adûl organic interfaces.
  • Warrior-of-all-trades: Lean and agile, Krarolk is more than capable of holding his own in combat, with enhanced speed and the physical strength of several human men in their prime. Many years of intensive combat training have refined his already outstanding physical ability, and the Zealot is highly proficient in almost all conventional forms of melee, ranged, and environmental combat.
  • Melee Master: During his many years of combat training, Krarolk realized that wielding melee weapons was among his greatest battlefield desires. Since then, he has proven to be nothing but exceptional in the field. Wielding a glaive and two large throwing axes, Krarolk utilizes a brutal offensive strategy that takes advantage of his considerable speed and physical power to tear through opponents. His combat form is entirely unique (as of currently) to himself, and he is nearly unparalleled in single melee combat.
  • Intimidation Factor: Large, tall, bulky, and often seen as terrifying, Krarolk's presence can demoralize enemies as easily as it reinvigorates allies.
  • Cold Shoulder: As an Areavalin, Krarolk is highly resistant to cold temperatures, and can consequently enter biomes most other species would consider inhospitable.
Weaknesses
  • Bloodlust: Similarly to almost every other member of his species, Krarolk craves spilling the blood of his enemies. In battle, Krarolk can often give in to his desire for killing, and focus only on the enemies in front of him, while momentarily forgetting any grand strategy in the background.
  • Big Boi: While lacking the sheer mass of the Baedurin subspecies, Krarolk is still a very large and bulky figure, and can be detected very easily.
  • ANGERY: Krarolk shares his species's short temper. Upon failure at a task, he will often respond in a brief but violent fit. On the other hand, if he is directly angered by an outside force, his wrath will be much more pronounced.
  • FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!: Krarolk's skin is very vulnerable to heat, and explosives can be dangerously effective against him. Additionally, since Krarolk has infrared vision, sudden bursts of heat such as explosions can temporarily blind him.
  • Dull: Krarolk lacks a sense of humor, and has very little charm. Consequently, he does very poorly in diplomacy outside his species and has almost no mental quirks that could be considered likable.
BIOGRAPHY

Krarolk's first memory was being pushed onto a stone arena and given a club. His second memory was him fitting a spike onto that same club.

His childhood was brutal and rigorous, as he was shaped into both a deadly warrior and a crafty engineer. Showing exceptional devotion towards the Chieftain, Krarolk was groomed to become an elite soldier. As more of his bretheren were created, he found himself training with hundreds of others, yet he still stood out as a model of strength, power, and ingenuity.

Krarolk's body matured to adulthood in mere months due to the alterations of his clone body. At the age of one, Krarolk joined the Zealot military unit, and rapidly rose through its ranks. However, he found himself to be in a unique position as an Aeravalin. Compared to his comrades, Krarolk had less muscle mass, but greater intelligence and resistance to the cold. Consequently, he took the opportunity to become a junior officer, becoming the lieutenant of a squad for about half a decade. His speed and intelligence paid off in battle, and now a veteran of nearly a decade, he was made a mid-ranking commanding officer.

For another year, Krarolk served with ruthlessness, cleverness, and pure devotion in the Zealot army. His efforts paid off: he was promoted to an Elite and assigned to a squad with another Aeravalin and a bulky Baedurin. Together, they became a team of great strategic and physical value, and their service continued into Krarolk's eighth year of life.

IN ORDER OF OLDEST TO YOUNGEST THREAD
Kaeshna Rumble Pit (Abandoned Faction) - Krarolk and the Byrn gang go off to find a hidden enemy base. The thread died very rapidly.
Dominion of Hurikane (Abandoned Dominion) - Krarolk stabs some crystal people for a total of one post.
Dominion of Groth (Completed Dominion) - Krarolk and the Zealot Elite trio kill some mercenaries and destroy some hangars; Krarolk fights a Jedi Master. The duel between the two ends in a draw as the Master retreats, with only minor wounds inflicted upon both of them.
Battle for Kessel | Byrn vs SJO (Abandoned Skirmish) - Indecisive.
Night Of Culling (Completed Dominion) - Krarolk and the Zealot Elite trio are dropped off at Lepatap harbor, where they kill Sakiyans and Krarolk blows up a few ships. Krarolk engages the Jedi Master that he fought on Groth in single combat; the battle ends in a draw with both sides taking only minor wounds.
The Slaughter Before The Storm (Completed Dominion) - Krarolk successfully eliminates Vasque the Hutt, greatly assisting in eliminating the resistance forces on Sleheyron. Note: This is a pre-invasion dominion; consequently, every single post in the thread was prefabricated from a Google Document made prior to the thread's submission.
