Desiring a more versatile arsenal, Korr designed and built two new lightsabers. The first appears to be nothing more than an ordinary lightsaber. The components are all unremarkable, save for the lack of dimetris circuits and the bifurcating cyclical ignition. Both of these painstaking designs took weeks to complete, but render the blade not only able to operate under water, but also immune to the effects of cortosis, since there are no dimetris circuits for the cortosis to short out.
The second blade is a lightshoto, built to aesthetically resemble its larger brother. Like the primary weapon, the shoto was designed without dimetris circuits. However, it does not have the bifurcating cyclical ignition. Instead, the shoto was installed with a dual-phase system, whereby the length of the blade can be doubled with the mere click of a button.
Both hilts have biometric pressure grips, rendering the weapons useless to anyone but him.
