Description: Though Soliael is no great craftsmen or artifacts or blades like his father, he does have an incredible wealth of knowledge from both his Uncle Dissero, the journals of his father, and his Holocron as well. These simple tools, through study an analysis have garnered him the ability to make a necklace for Kira. Crafting the artifact took considerable time, effort, and materials so it is very unlikely that Soliael will attempt a similar feat of craftsmanship in the future*.
The Necklace itself is crafted from several string of white electrum mined from the underside of Exocron itself. Each strand of the necklace was shaped and refined by high pressures of the force and flames of Moross forges. Since it took several tries to create the alchemical properties of the necklade Soliael had several identical necklaces forged, each one looking almost exactly similar with only minor differences.
The necklace that was crafted in the end with its alchemical properties took on a slight sheen, its White Electrum gleaming brightly from the Sith Alchemy applied to it as well as a permanent sheen running across the metal, as well, the strands that make up the necklace are unbreakable, massive amounts of the force having gone into their forging. The heavyset gem in the center of the necklace gives off a swirling glow, as if something moves within, a common feature of the Angraal crystals.
The Necklace itself was made by Soliael as a parting gift from Kira. Though he did not know whether she would stay with Moross or go, he knew that they would at times be apart. Due to this, and having realized Kira is rather danger prone Soliael decided to craft her a means of protection. Through painstaking process and sheer determination Soliael eventually created a mix of three powerful Sith artifacts, a Shield Talisman, a Talisman of Concentration, and a device of his fathers own design that was used as a recall device.
Though such a feat would normally require the skill of a master Alchemist, Soliael had the ability to consult with his Fathers journals and Holocron, as well as the aid of his Uncle Dissero who himself is a Master Alchemist.
Special Features:
Shield Talisman: First and foremost, Kira's necklace functions as an ancient Sith Shield Talisman. The gem at the center of the necklace functions as a font of power. Here Kira is able to feed her energy on off days, siphoning tiny bits of her force energy until it reaches its capacity. Once its at capacity the Shield Talisman reacts naturally to dangers around Kira, taking ques from her own force instincts on when to activate or fend off attacks. When Activated, the talisman essentially springs into life and forms a shield around Kira's entire body in the form of a large bubble. The bubble is equal to a quality ten piece of armor, capable of blocking blaster bolts, immense lightsaber strikes, and even force powers. It should be noted that the Shield can survive being hit with pretty much anything, though the harder the hit, the more energy is drained from the necklace itself. It should also be noted that the shield is not infinite, and has a limited it can be active for. After five or six solid hits with a lightsaber, or five to ten seconds of force lightning, the Shield Talisman will be completely drained and be rendered inert until re-charged. Re-charging the talisman takes several hours and requires quite a bit of energy, though its not impossible to do so in combat if others aid.
Force Enhancement: Knowing that the Shield Talisman could not last forever, and knowing that Kira would likely eventually get wrapped up in a situation where she needed a little extra oomph, Soliael built a secondary tool into into the Necklace. Instead of focusing on the gem, Soliael forged the strands of White Electrum that made up the necklace itself into a Talisman of Concentration. Though originally these devices were intended to draw upon the Darkside of the Force, Soliaels Uncle, Dissero, pointed out that there was nothing stopping a lightsider from using one. Taking his uncles point, Soliael created one from the strands of white Silver. This Talisman of Concentration is much like its Sith counterpart. Through physical contact the wearer it is capable of drawing on vast amounts of Force Energy, taking in much more power than the user is usually capable of. It should be noted that using the Talisman of Concentration in battle is dangerous. After use, one becomes extremely tired, haggard, and all around Exhausted. In the midst of a fight this becomes a huge detriment, thus it should only be used in times of extreme emergency, or in order to achieve some great goal. That being said, the necklace contains a safeguard that prevents deat.
Peace: Angraal Crystals have the unique feature picked up form the turning tides of Exocron. These crystals when held or touched by someone gives a unique feeling of peace and relaxation over someone. Though it is not enough to stop negative emotions entirely, the effects of an Angraal crystal are incredibly calming. This is effect as Soliael and Kira have found out is quite useful for lightside users as it keeps them calm and present within the battle. This sense of calm and relaxation increases strength and power within the Lightside of the force, making the connection easier and over all more powerful. On the other spectrum however the crystal disrupts the use of the Darkside. Since the Darkside of the Force requires negative emotions, the crystals calming effects make it more difficult to utilize. This effect however is localized to the wielder of the lightsaber. Within Kira's necklace the Angraal crystal gives the same calming presence as it would normally, given that when wearing it the necklace touches her skin at all times. This part of the necklace also helps protects against mental attacks, keeping Kira calm and controlled when someone attempts to invade her mind. This effect is so strong that even Masters of mental attacks will find extreme difficulty cutting through it.
Pager: The last thing that Soliael put into the necklace came directly from Moridins holocron. This neat little initiative was first tested by his father in a amulet created for the Sith Lord Anaya Fen. This necklace functioned as a sort of link, one that was directly connected to the creator, in this case Soliael. When the wearer of the necklaces touches the gem on the back of the neck and channels a tiny trickle of the force into it Soliael can instantly pinpoint their whereabouts anywhere in the galaxy, much like a Nightsister Bloodtrail, but not permanently(thats creepy). This was designed as a way for Soliael to find Kira if she was ever in trouble.

*I Feel with the resources available to my character as well as his knowledge in general Sith Sorcery, he would be able to craft an item like this maybe once or twice with the assumption there would be many tries in doing so.
