STRENGTHS
Jedi-Trained: From a young age, Kiore was trained in the Jedi arts. He seemed to have followed a path similar to the Jedi Guardians of the Old Republic era, combining utilization of assertive lightsaber combat and control of the Force
Mechanically Gifted: Born among the best scrappers and mechanics, Kiore learned the ins and outs of machines. He isn't a prodigy, but he knows enough to make repairs on most types of common machines until a professional can do an overhaul.
WEAKNESSES
Language Barrier: As a Jawa, Kiore's biology is capable of speaking two languages: Jawaese and Jawa Trade dialect. Unless he is speaking to a fellow Jawa or to someone who naturally speaks the Trade dialect, his communication is limited
Small: Another of his species' issues is that Jawa are shorter than the typical humanoid species, leaving him at a certain disadvantage when it comes to tall places.
HISTORY
Kiore Meeknu was born into a branch of the Meeknu Clan that had settled on Bracca, where his family made their living among the planet's vast shipbreaking yards. From an early age, Kiore developed an instinctive understanding of machinery, salvage, and the hidden value in things others considered worthless. His sensitivity to the Force was eventually discovered by a passing Jedi, who recognized something unusual in the young Jawa and brought him into the Jedi Order. Though the transition from Bracca's scrapyards to the Jedi Temple was difficult, Kiore proved a patient and perceptive student, eventually becoming a capable Padawan and earning his knighthood.
The fall of the New Jedi Order shattered the life Kiore had built. His particular branch of the Order was destroyed during the purge, leaving him without a master, comrades, or any formal connection to the Jedi. Rather than surrender the teachings he had spent his life learning, Kiore disappeared into the wider galaxy. He survived by keeping his identity hidden and taking work wherever it allowed him to move freely, occasionally using his skills as a mechanic and scavenger to support himself and those who could not protect themselves.
In recent times, Kiore has found himself helping his Jedi brethren after the purge. As of late, he has anchored his home base at the New Jedi Praxeum on Chalacta, finding it his duty to help train a new generation of Jedi in the years to come.
