Outer Ring - A farming location, that served as the first line of defense. An energy shield and turrets dotted the outer boundary of this ring. The Ring has stone work that appears mundane but with the right understanding has an energy signature to it.

Middle Ring - Not much is found on this ring any longer, old structures, personal belongings, history of the Rakata.
Middle Canal - This is the location of starship and aquatic vessel construction. Airspeeders and skiffs are found in ruins, designs of starships and these skiffs are found in computer terminals. While some of the technology cannot be made any longer due to a lack of the technology. However some parts of the technology may be able to be reverse engineered.
Inner Ring/City Center - The heavily trafficked area. This area hosts several research stations, warehouses, and Force temples. Technology and gear were rampant in this area, and may still remain locked behind closed doors or buried in the rubble. Weapons depots and small foundries and armories exist on this part of the city.
City Core - The crown jewel of Kalani-Ploiti, the still powered-however devastated power center for the City. Based on archaic but highly advanced alternative power, from wind and solar, to tidal. There are still the heat of the electricity passing through. The cataclysm appeared to occur here, and as of yet, is still not founded.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Centuries before even the High Republic was young, there was the Infinite Empire and the Forerunners. Comprised of Rakata and their peers, these groups helped form the galaxy as it stands even in the current era. On the far fledged worlds of the Outer Rim and Wild Space, the Rakata created metropolises on to serve multiple purposes. Kilani-Ploiti’s public facing area was a trade center for the Tingel Arm, serving as the cover for a research facility on the far rim.
Designed to help with research of energy and the Force, the Center Island serves to help research the Rakatan’s continual blending of the Force and technology.
Sometime well before the High Republic, the city was devastated by a disaster before the High Republic. With the advent of the Levantine Sanctum and exploration teams, the City was found buried semi below the waves of the planet Arda.

- Freedom & Oppression: As this is a fallen city, there is no real scale for freedom and oppression currently. Reports of the past, when Kilani-Ploiti was in full operation, the city was kept under a fairly strict rule of law. Shipments in and out of the city, and specifically Arda were heavily monitored. For people not within city limits, the security forces did not pay much attention, until they entered the city.
- Description: The city is formed of several broken rings with access by water and air. Formerly, and still in the remnants are the ancient turrets that protected the outer ring. The first ring was primarily farm land and more of a rural connection, where small fishing camps were hosted, as well as ship building. The city’s shield generators were started out this far. There was an internal track of water to separate the rural from the primarily residential ring. Another canal of water, where warships were constructed and aquatic military training occurred was inside the second ring. Finally the Third Ring, or Inner Ring, was where the center of the city was, libraries and research facilities, shipping offices and design centers, the landing pads for shipping vessels and the security vessels alike were on this ring. There was a final canal that fed water to assist in generating the power on the most center of the land masses. A station that used wind, solar, and tidal energy to generate the power needed for the protective shields and research being performed.
