Kiara encompasses several qualities required of diplomats and indeed Jedi. Namely, compassion, selflessness and level-headedness. She is not quick to anger and it is even more difficult to provoke her to violence. She knows her role as a diplomat and that she is merely an envoy for the Concord so is able to separate her feelings from her duties most of the time.
While not an inherently serious person, she is able to act professionally and responsibly in the name of the Concord. However, this does not make her aloof but rather she is friendly, forthcoming and oftentimes cheerful. Despite her wishes for the galaxy, she is a realist and her exposure to the more unsavoury parts of politics has led to her world views becoming tainted by pessimism.
She has above average intelligence with high emotional intelligence which allows her to empathise with people and aids her when negotiating and attempting to keep the peace. It also gives her a strong sense of responsibility and means she is quick to forgive and frequently shows compassion as Jedi are expected to.

- Trained: Despite being a Jedi Consular, she completed the same Padawan training as all Jedi and so is a fully trained and thus capable in combat when pushed to do so.
- Force User: With much of her training focused on the Force, she has a great affinity for Force abilities.
- Linguist: With the need to communicate with all types of people across the galaxy, she has become skilled in several languages. While not fluent in all, she does exhibit a good command over most of them.

- Stubborn: While not totally unreasonable, when morals are concerned then she is set in her ways and acts according to morals over orders.
- Emotional: Being of the compassionate nature required of a Concordian diplomat, she is in tune with her emotions and though she doesn't outwardly exhibit them in most cases, she is far from emotionless and sometimes this supersedes her professionalism.
Kiara has pointed ears, a tanned complexion, blue eyes ands shoulder-length brown hair. Despite her age measuring well into her fifth decade, she still looks youthful due to the Sephi genes which extend her lifespan beyond that of a human.
She is of a tall and slim build and when not in her standard grey Jedi robes she often dresses in long, simple yet sophisticated dresses which had been gifted to her by the Queen of Onderon who she befriended during her time as a Knight.
A skilled diplomat by nature, she is able to diffuse situations through non-violent means and maintain peace. Her reliance on this led to the underdevelopment of her combat skills but she worked diligently to get back up to standard and is now a proficient duellist.
She is particularly skilled in Force abilities, owed in part to her strong connection to the Force, having mastered abilities expected of a Knight and many Master-level abilities. Some notable abilities include battle meditation, telepathy, psychometry, precognition, plant surge and force barrier among others.
Due to her personal interest in langauges and literature, she has taught herself several languages which she has varying levels of skill in. Her native language is Basic but she can understand Droidspeak and Shyriiwook and is near-fluent in several other languages including Huttese, Mando'a, Twi'leki and Rodese with limited knowledge of Bocce and Togruti.
Born to a working-class family on Thustra, Kiara's Force sensitivity was discovered at a young age and with the presiding Silver Jedi Concord having a notable presence on the planet at the time, she was taken to the Jedi to be afforded the opportunity to better herself, leaving behind her parents and siblings. Throughout her training, she exhibited a natural affinity for and interest in Force abilities, oftentimes forgoing studying combat in favour of research, academia and developing her connection to the Force.
Her Master noted that her personality made her a prime candidate to be a Jedi Consular and upon progression into Knighthood she opted to specialise in research and spent years studying the Force and with a personal interest in languages, she studied several languages in her spare time, she devoted much of her time to academia. With a wandering and active mind, she sought out a new challenge in diplomacy which she excelled in and later progressed to the Jedi Council after gaining recognition where she was elected Grandmaster after serving for several years.
