BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Uukaablia to a influential military family Khar was groomed nearly from birth to serve his people. When he was old enough he was sent off to the Jelucan preparatory academy where he studied the art of space warfare. After completing officer training at the primer Navel academy on Uukaabila he serviced with distinction in the latter part of the centuries war against the Qektoth. Once the war ended with the creation of the Outer Rim Coalition he continued his carrier in the combine navy, eventually ascending to the rank of Admiral.
