Intent: To create a new set of armor
Development Thread: It's Beginning to look alot like..... wait
Manufacturer: [member=basaba willamina]
Model: not apllicable
Affiliation: Kalyn Skirata
Modularity: Software suites
Production: Unique
Material: Beskar
Classification: Beskar'kandar envirosuit
Weight: 15 kilos
Quality: 8.5
Special Features: Hermatic seal, re-breather, 1 hour oxygen tank
Description: Kalyns old armor was falling apart, not very enjoyable, got her a bullet hole in her arm, so she needed a new suit. Being a spacer type, having a pretty much indestructible enviro-suit would be nice. The issue with this is mobility vs seal strength, Kalyn opted to go for the middle, and it still has a very good range of motion for the safety. It has a one hour oxygen tank and a rebreather, as well as the normal things, hud, wrist rocket launcher, jump pack compatibility, that sort of thing. The re breather extends the oxygen by about another hour and a half, and the O2 tank automatically refills in an oxygenated environment. Weakpoints are where the oxygen tank is stored, taht is a major weakpoint that can cause the entire suit to rupture., the visor is less strong than the rest of the armor, and there are minor weak points between the plates, that a small enough blade might fit into, not a light saber obviously, due to being made from beskar.

Hi there, I'll be judging this submission.

So the first thing, the thread needs to be 10 posts before it can be approved.

Second, while its fine as far as weight and quality, I would suggest lowering the two. As someone who owns and wears armor IRL on occasion. Fifty pounds is rough, and I am a 250lbs dude.

Third, I am going to ask you elaborate on weakspots in the armor as it is quality 10. Things like under the arm pits, back of the knees, inside of the elbows.

I know this is going to come as a bummer, but I read that Dev thread, and its hardly a quality thread. If you push it to 15 I will accept it, but I would like to see a bit more work put into the posts.

Perhaps you could try testing the armor in the field or having a friend shoot at it to test its durability.
